We ordered our pizza at 11:45 we spent $70. We got a lot of pizza for a bunch of people. We kept calling and calling asking when it’s coming. We have kids that were hungry. You guys kept saying the pizza is on the way. It is now 1:11 and our pizza still never came and we still have hungry kids. The store closed at 1 am but we still gave them plenty of time to make our pizza and deliver it. Multiple of our guests called they wouldn’t pick up this was around 12:45. Then the last time we called they said we never ordered but we still were charged. This is completely outrages and not so good for your business considering about 50% of your reviews are horrible. We won’t be buying from you guys anymore and we will tell all our friends about how terrible you guys were. You probably will be shutting down soon with this type of stuff you pull. As I was telling everybody how terrible you guys were I fell down some stairs and sprained my ankle, but still no pizza. So disappointed. After 45 minutes I called to find out where my delivery was. I was hung up on the first time. The second time I called the person who answered the phone could have cared less and was extremely rude. He told me to call back in 15 minutes if my pizza still wasn't there. An hour later the general manager was the one that delivered the pizza... Again over an hour after they left the store. When she was confronted about the late delivery she claimed that she had spoke to me personally to let me know what would be over an hour, which was a lie. I never once received a phone call. The general manager stated we should be "grateful" that we received free parmesan cheese in the past and accused us of "trying to get something for free". I order from here at least 2 times weekly for a family of 3 as well as tip my drivers well. I have never complained about paying my bills. Staff needs to go back to training and learn how to interact respectfully with customers. My account was "banned" because we finally spoke up about incorrect orders, different pricing, no sauce in pasta balls, and more inadequate service.
