This location CONSISTENTLY forgets half of my orders, this time leaving out 20 out of the 40 nuggets we ordered. Not only that, one of the 10 piece nuggets only had 9 in the box!! This is far from the first time, and there seems to be an issue like this 9/10 times we go there. On top of that, when we were finding a table to sit at and wait for our food, the tables were dirty and had large crumbs all over them!! I've never left a review ANYWHERE before, but the service here was so appalling that I felt compelled to. Your customers deserve more than half-done orders and dirty tables. Do better.
UPDATE 10/27/2025: They've once again messed up my order. I ordered a double cheeseburger, with only ketchup and cheese on the burger, and got a normal double cheeseburger with everything on it. I ordered a 10 piece nugget with sweet and sour sauce and got zero sweet and sour sauce. They pretty much ALWAYS miss my sauce or have something else wrong with the order. Just go to the one by the mall if you actually want consistency in your orders because this is absolutely insane that service hasn't improved after all...
Read moreI think I have gone thru this location 10 times because it’s convenient for us. Out of the 15 times I’ve gone 2 times I’ve gotten my order completely correct. We have ordered saying the name of the product and we’ve ordered saying just the number of the product and it’s always wrong. I ordered ahead of time on the app 15 mins giving them time and every time I pull up I still have to pull up and wait because they are just starting to make it. Please management the complaints your hearing take them and use them to better your quality of service. It really is not that difficult as I’ve worked at McDonalds before and at an even busier location. Please figure it out - you know lunch rush is coming drop the fries and burgers. You cannot work the restaurant as made to order during a lunch rush. I’ve been patient with y’all 15 times. Read moreAfter a long day of working, my husband and I decided to go to Mickey D’s to get a treat: A Large Fry. So, we go through the drive through and I give them my code to redeem our award for the large fry. I told my husband, tell them to make sure it’s cook to order. He said it once when ordering and again when the person behind the mic told us to pull forward and he said “yea ill make sure theyre cook to order”. We get to the first window to get our receipt, a girl gave us our receipt and said have a great night and proceeded to slam close the window doors. My husband and I just laughed it off. Then we get to the second window, the guy gives us the fries. NOT COOK TO ORDER. I used to work at McDonalds, if a customer asks for COOK TO ORDER, it takes around 3 minutes for fries to be done from the frier. Fries were soggy but warm and salty. Very disappointed. Do better.
