We went to Rossini's last night for the first time based upon the Google reviews and the best pizza in South Bend web site as we were looking for a new "go to" place on the south side.
I was not disappointed. Pizza was excellent and service was was also. Really like the thin crust.
Called order in at 4:00 for pick-up at 6:00 and was out the door at 6:10. Must have been 15 people waiting for pizza, and most were regulars. Was refreshing to hear the talk between the Owner and the customers as they waited for their orders. When I asked most had been going there for 10+ years.
We do pizza one night a week usually, so we will back next week...

However, it did not go great just with the breadsticks. The everything pizza has only sausage on it for meat, then green peppers, onions, and mushrooms. I originally asked for a meat lovers and he said that they do not have a meat lovers, so I asked for the equivalent and he said it was the everything pizza. Read moreWe ordered a large pizza, which was HUGE for a large pizza. The sauce they use had a noticeable green pepper taste. If you don't like green peppers I would suggest not ordering the pizza. I didn't mind it but my kids don't like green peppers do it was pretty much a waste of pizza. My boyfriend ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. His first meatball had a long hair cooked into it but, he runs a restaurant so knows things can sometimes happen like this. He moved on and continued to eat but the spaghetti was like warm. We probably won't be eating there again... Unless my kids start liking...
