Subway — Restaurant in Mishawaka

Husband went in right before 1030..they close at 11..he was told the systems were down it'll be a few minutes she has to reboot it..goes to the back for a few mins while another person comes up and grabs some utensils ..she comes back out and says the system has been frozen for about an hour so he couldnt order. He was paying with cash so I dont understand how she couldnt just write the order down add the total and then take the cash and once the servers are up out put in the order. Ive worked fast food before and this is what we have had to do when our servers were down. It seems to me they didn't want to take his order due to it being so close to closing time. Most of the staff here always seems to be goofing around or has attitudes towards eachother and customers. Clean store good food terrible...

Worst service I have ever experience. Stood at the counter for over 10 minutes waiting for the employees to come out to the front. Employee made my sandwich and when I asked for honeymustard she went to put it on and the bottle ran out half way through the sandwich. She complained that the shift before her didnt refill it and threw the bottle in the sink. Instead of getting more to finish my sandwich, she just closed it as is. I went to get my soda and none of the soda machine caps were on it causing soda water and syrup to spray everywhere. I informed the staff and instead of fixing the issue she said "you can get a soda from the gas station"....

The owner of this one needs to clean house. Every time I stop in you have a lady or sir not sure how they want to be identified with 10 piercings on her lips and face screaming and acting like a child. They put way to much meat on the sandwiches which shouldn't be a bad thing except it tastes gross. MANGER JUST GOES ALONG WITH THE EMPLOYEES BEHAVIOR IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER. PIERCING LADY WORE HER GLOVES FOR EVERYTHING NEVER CHANGED THEM AFTER TAKING MONEY AND STICKING THEM IN THE WARMER GLOVES TO MAKING SANDWICHES. SUBWAY SHOULD END THERE CONTRACT. I WILL POST MY VIDEO OF THIS CIRCLES ON TIKTOK SINCE EVERYONE...
