Extremely Upset, Called at 8:22pm ask them if they had an online menu so I could order, Casey says they do not because they have raised their prices and online does not reflect the changes. So I asked her if she had a few different meals like shrimp scampi, penne all vodka, fried shrimp with french fries. No they do NOT have these meals they only have friend shrimp but they do not come with anything else. Ok is there any way to get a menu so I could look at what you have to offer? No sorry! So i went online and searched google, found a few things I then went on to calling the resorts front desk to ask if they had a menu. He was able to scan it and send it to my email (which is what the store should do since they have no online menu) I called the store back only 8 minutes later, she put me on hold 3 times during the conversation and the only response she had was kitchen was closed! So i said wait how I just spoke to you and said i would call right back i had to find the menu and she's like well its 8:34 and we close at 9. She says i will get you a manager and Mr.JackAssHole says that they didn't know they were putting me on hold 3 times they just see the phone ringing and then answer it again. Excuse me, i should not be placed on hold while Casey takes a whole different order and then to come back to my line to tell me the kitchen is closed and the only thing they could offer me was Pizza! They said the food would be here in an hour. 2 hours later i get a phone call from the delivery person outside my house asking if she was at the right place. No big deal i thought. Not an impatient person. Well get the food inside open it up and all the food was cold, the burgers and fries. Was happy the salad was cold at least. Well i call and got put on hold 3 times after telling 2 different girls what happened. They said they would give me 10% off my next order. Wasnt very happy about saving 3 dollars off my next order when i just spent 30 on food that I didn't even want to eat at that point. The girl said "sir we are just a bunch of kids here theres nothing more we can do". At this point inwas frustrated. Try to explain that i didnt want the cold food i paid $30 for. She hung up and a few mins later a guy called me and asked if i would like the burgers replaced, said ya. He said they would pick up the cold ones and bring new one. Then he goes on to explain that they dont have enough buns to replace the order but i could have 2 of the 3 burgers. Read moreWorst customer service experience ever. When I called and ordered, the girl put me on hold for a few minutes. When she came back she asked me what I wanted after I already ordered it. When I told her again she asked for me card. Then I was back on hold again for a few minutes. She she came back and finally got my information then put me on hold again. Then a new girl came on the phone and I we had to reorder the whole thing. When it was finally said and done the delivery driver asked me for cash. When I already paid on the phone. He called and they said that they did have it and never printed a receipt. Then about 20 minutes after I get a call saying my pizza is here? Like my order again. I sent him away cause I only ordered once but I assume there was a mess up with the 1st girl I was speaking to. She literally had to put me on hold after every single thing I said. we called and made sure that we weren’t charged twice and they assured us we weren’t. Then they called us back and told it it was our fault? The lady also claimed that we were never put on hold, which is baffling because that’s the most I have been put on hold in mine and my grandparents entire life....
