Bumpers Drive-In — Restaurant in Mississippi

Me and my family went here yesterday after church. The food was freshly cooked, divinely seasoned, and HOT (temperature). My husband got the catfish filet meal, l got the Philly cheesesteak, and our kids the chicken tender plate. All fresh and hot and seasoned to perfection. Those ladies in there were working hard and provided fantastic customer service. They had nice attitudes and were very patient and professional. These fast food workers these days get the worst attitudes when you have an order of multiple items, but they were really nice. It is much appreciated. Will be back next Sunday after church! We went last night 5/13/23 at 8:15PM. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before someone came out to speak. She stated quickly and loudly that they were not taking orders inside, that the drive-thru was open. Another employee came around and told her she could serve us. She in-turn, waved her hand at us in the essence of "go on and leave". There was another family inside finishing their meal and clearing their table. They commented about her rude behavior. The sign said they are open until 9 PM. Poor quality treatment of customers will not lead to continued business. I will only give Bumpers one more chance to provide...

the girl in the drivethru on 4/26/2022 at 4:50pm needs to be fired. Her attitude is awful. I work in food service so I know how it is to deal with rude customers ALL day… I understand we all have bad days or what not but that shouldn’t cause you to be rude to others. I make it my duty to be extra nice to those working in fast food simply because I know how it is, but her customer service is horrible. I’m a regular there and everyone else there are sweethearts but this experience definitely has made me not want to go back to that location ever again or at least...
