Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Mississippi

This is probably one of the best Dominos you'll find on the coast. The crew is friendly, the food is fast, but freshly made with care, and they'll make the extra effort to take care of their customers.

The new store is a pretty nice development just North of the interstate and it shows companies are ready to invest in our community, develop the area, and make us a hub for commerce. The interior is well lit and comfortable providing a full view of the staff working on orders. You can tell everyone seems to have a good time and enjoy their job. Happy employees staying on task, but having fun at their job is a good sign of a healthy team so the manager must be a pretty good team builder.

I don't often do delivery, but the few times the drivers have been quick and professional. Any sort of instruction or note left for them they try and follow through with. Also to note, when I see them on the road they're always driving safely and at the speed limit, as maddening as that can be in some areas. Other pizza delivery guys I've seen drive like lunatics and weave in and out of traffic. So if Dominos delivery can provide a product quickly without being a nuisance on the road, that already deserves a good...

I have ordered twice from this location and both times they have sent my food to the wrong address. The app said my food was delivered but there was nothing at my front door. I called the store and told him my food said it was delivered. He told me it was on the way after I had told him I got an email saying it was delivered. At this point it has already been 40 minutes. But he insisted it was on the way. So I waited another 10 minutes and still nothing. This dominos is only 2 miles away, mind you. Then my neighbor texted me saying it’s been sitting outside his house for over 10 minutes. This is the second time this has happened. My order was over $71+ including the $10 tip (which they did not deserve), all that food sitting in the cold weather and the guys at the store were not apologetic. Did not offer any reimbursement. After 15 minutes on the phone he finally offered to remake my food but I wasn’t willing to wait another HOUR. And possibly have them spit on my food.

Ordered my pizza online for carryout. Online said order would be ready 18-23min. 20 min later I arrive at counter to pick up. First Amanda was clueless looking for my order, asked me 5 times for my name finally said it was not even started yet. I told her online said it would be 18-23 min. She said rudely " I don't know what to tell you, there's 60 orders ahead of you!" Like really how about I'm sorry not sure why it said that because as you can see we are swamped? Then after standing there another 5 min I asked "How long before I get my order?" Once again, Amanda walks over to another employee working, comes back and says "It hasn't even been put in the oven yet". Hello is that an answer to my question, How Long? Then says do you want your money back. Well since you can't even give me an estimate of time yes I want refund. Then she couldn't even do a refund. Not sure why AMANDA was so rude because although they were swamped she stood there doing nothing...
