If I could rate a zero I would. I placed a mobile order. Drove to pick it up about 15-20 mins later. When I arrived, they directed me to pull to the second window. I waited at the second window for about 10-15 mins- with no acknowledgement of any sort. Finally, they gave us our drinks and handed us our food. There was no "hello" no courtesy whatsoever. When they handed us the food, they haphazardly toss it to us saying "it's all there." I checked the bag and nearly half (perhaps 1/3 is better estimate) is missing. Wow. Really. I understand miscounting an order of fries but really... the order wasn't big. 1 Bourbon Burger meal 1- 10 PC spicy nugget meal (missing the nuggets and fries) 2- 6pc nugget (missing one of the nugget) 2- small fries.....
Now it's approaching AN ENTIRE HOUR SINCE I CAME TO PICK UP THE ORDER ORIGINALLY
update I drive to pick up the missing items and the girl at the window just looks as me. No "can I help you" or anything. The manager approached and claimed "she knows she put the nuggets in the bag." So I then repeat to her that she did, however there were two others missing. I hear her tell the cashier "just give it to her"

Read moreWe stopped at this Wendy’s on our way to the Nola airport for breakfast, expecting a “quick bite.” When we pulled up to the speaker, the menu had not been updated to show breakfast options. We then had to wait for someone to come out and correct the issue. There were four of us in the vehicle. We each ordered a #4, the honey butter chicken biscuit, with fries and a bottled water, plus one side of French toast sticks for everyone to share. We spent nearly $30. Once we paid at the window, they asked us to pull forward. We waited 15 minutes for our food. Upon unwrapping my biscuit, I was disgusted to find that it had pungent smell of urine. It tasted awful, and the chicken had a somehow gummy, yet soggy texture. My husband stopped eating his biscuit upon discovering that his chicken was RAW. Not a single one of us could finish our food. I’d like to reiterate that we spent almost $30 on food that was unsafe to eat. To top it off, the French toast sticks just sucked, so those got wasted as well. Read moreDear Wendy's Management, I visited this store today and don't get me wrong, I'm satisfied with the food as far as what the crew was able to put together, and provide to me fast and hot. However I would like to point out that this location is severely understaffed. This location isn't just understaffed as far as human beings that are making the food, but understaffed in the sense of you don't even have enough ice machine capacity to keep up with a small dinner rush! They were able to get me a grand total of about 12 ice cubes for a large drink. Ice and the production cost for it are less of a cost than the soda itself. Understaffed in the sense of maybe you need a slightly larger capacity of Frosty machine because they can't make Frosty fast enough to keep up with the orders for it. Think two pissed off grandparents standing there for about 30 minutes waiting for eight Frosties for the grandkids. Pretty sure next time they need about 10 combo meals, they will skip Wendy's.
