I had high hopes, but was disappointed. We came in about 20 minutes before close. I love Reuben sandwiches, and was excited to try the Reuben (hot) here. My daughter got the Italian Turkey (cold) The cashier was kind and friendly. The order was taken quickly, and food didn’t take too long to be prepared. The presentation was fine, but my sandwich looked almost burned, but not quite. Once I took a bite, the predominant taste was burned toast. The first loss of a star came because I had to remake my sandwich. I managed a restaurant years ago, and my unofficial motto was “a bite of everything on every bite”. Over 1/4 of the sandwich didn’t have any toppings at all. The second loss of a star is because a large portion of inside of the sandwich was completely charred black. That’s where the burned taste came from in the first bite. Other than the burned bread, I think the sandwich was okay. There wasn’t much spread, but the corned beef had a decent flavor, but was drowned by the char and the dry sandwich. I’ve eaten packs of crackers that left more moisture in my mouth. My daughter said her Italian Turkey was 4/5. I’m glad I tried it, but would be cautious about coming again.

I've had lunch here a couple of times and I'm a fan. They have a lot of different soup, salad and sandwich options as well as a breakfast menu. I like the soup and half sandwich option and the Charlie Russle grilled sandwich is a favorite. It has turkey, provolone, avocado, bacon bits, lettuce and tomato. Yum! You can also "make your own" sandwich" by choosing from different options. Sometimes the soups are a bit of a miss with the broccoli cheese tasking a bit "gluey". But still tasty. The pastries are very good. They have a large variety and I’ve not had a bad one yet. The biggest problem is avoiding the pastries if you’re trying to watch your calories. It’s tough to do! Bear claws, Danish, muffins, cinnamon rolls, scones, turnovers, croissants, you name it, it’s tempting. The almond bear claw/Danish is a good choice. There is plenty of seating for singles, couples or groups and they have a few huckleberry items for purchase at fairly reasonable prices. Service has always been fast and friendly. This is a good stop for lunch. Their location at The Wye is a great option when you’re on your way out of town.

I usually eat in the restaurant when I go here and I usually get delicious cooked food, good customer service, etc. but today was different. I put in my order via DoorDash around 8am, my order was confirmed 5 mins later, I was given the ETA of 8:23am, my order didn’t arrive until 8:35. Then on top of that, I took my first bite of my big belt wrap, just for something about it to taste off. Well after taking a good look inside the wrap, there was uncooked RAW meat, tasted raw, had a disgustingly awful texture. Do better Wheat Montana, you guys quite literally ruined my appetite for the rest of the day!

Went through the drive through to order a sandwich, 2 pastries and a Caramel macchiato. Guy on the speaker was condescending the whole yime. He seemed irritated the entire time I ordered. When he repeated my order back with the drink as a "Americano with caramel." I corrected him and was scoffed at and told they were the same thing. It's not. I tried to explain I wanted steamed milk and was cut off with "we'll have it at the window". I got the drink and it's pure Americano with a splash of milk. I do not mind a misunderstanding, but due to the way I was treated I did not feel comfortable going inside to fix it. Instead, I will just avoid coming here again. Very disappointed with the experience because the food is normally amazing. I will not be treated badly for asking for a regular menu...
