Just searching google for something I hadn't tried before and found this cute little hole in the wall! I wasn't going to try it at first since it was a little far from my office but once this judgemental Texas transplant saw brisket wrap yall know I had to try it and judge it hard! It's not a Texas brisket taco but it was VERY good! Packed the tiniest bit of heat, was cheesy with I think pepper jack cheese, had pickles on it which I was a little surprised by but all in all it was really good! I would definitely have it again! The brisket was very good with a nice smoky flavor. Plus the staff was so nice! The guy taking my payment told me about how long they had been there and their recent expansion. And the cook came out from the kitchen and introduced himself. He could tell we were from the same home town!! So that was so fun! I was so glad he came out there and chatted with me! All in all, cute place, nice & friendly people, and the brisket wrap was very good! I will go back again soon! Oh and the chocolate brownie...which was supposed to get me through the evening while working late....yeah it didn't last very long! Its very decadent, dense, creamy chocolately! Too good to leave sitting around...

My friend and I stopped into Rooster Café for the first time yesterday after being invited by their sous-chef Marco to check out a neighborhood block party they were hosting—and we’re so glad we did!
We hadn’t had a chance to visit before, but the café has a robust menu, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and a real sense of community love in the space. It’s clearly a place that’s inclusive and friendly to all, and even our four-legged friends—there’s a little section where they sell homemade dog treats (which I haven’t tried myself… but my dog is obsessed and keeps begging for more!).
The café is Wi-Fi accessible, making it a great spot to pull up a chair and get some work done, especially if you’re looking for something outside the bustle of downtown Missoula and closer to the Reserve area.
The block party itself was a blast—live music, local vendors, and a relaxed community vibe. I can totally see Rooster Café becoming a community hub—not just for coffee and food, but for connection, events, and meaningful gathering.
Can’t wait to come...

This is the only place I feel comfortable!" It had been a hard morning and it felt like my sanity was completely dependent on being able to sit in your cafe with a good cup of coffee and my daughter playing in the kids corner. I realized I haven't written a review, so here it is. I'm sad you were closed today and glad you treat your employees so well. They are truly the best in town. I appreciate the safe space you have created for everyone, including us frazzled moms. Your coffee and pancakes were sorely missed this morning, and we will definitely be...
