Jeremiah's Italian Ice — Restaurant in Missouri City

They hire employees at this location who like to engage in petty theft. I went here on the 15th with my boyfriend and bought two Italian ice’s. We went through drive through and I pressed “no tip” on the little iPad, we got our order, and went on about our business. I paid with my credit card so of course I could clearly see the total of my purchase here and I knew how much I paid. The next day around 12 PM I get a notification saying my balance was in the negative and that I needed to add money to it. Upon checking I see where it’s telling me that the total was updated. The employee decided to take it upon herself too include a tip without my knowledge or consent, which is stealing and theft. If you go to this location I would advise you to not pay with your card and instead pay with cash. If they’re able to steal money by tipping themselves after a customer has decided to not give a tip who knows what other methods they have of stealing from customers? I certainly won’t be visiting this location again and if I do you can bet your bottom dollar I won’t be using a card for...

I dont really instantly leave reviews instantly but I just hate it when businesses mislead or lie to their customers. I went on June 21st around 10pm because they stated it was grand opening day and half of all day in their reels and flyers. There's a huge line and when I finally order 2 larges, it comes to over $15, keep in mind i only ordered 2 because it was supposed to be half off. I was going to complain at the window but I realized how many customers must have come the same as me and paid full price misled by their advertising and really didnt care as I have the resources and still left a tip after leading to a bill of $18 for 2 ice creams that were supposed to be half off. I'm not sure but it looked like the owner was at the window so they were well aware of whats happening. I usually came twice a week leaving a tip each time but I wont come back for the foreseeable future, really cant stand businesses cheating...

This place is absolutely amazing the ice cream is the best i’ve ever had every time i pass i have this overwhelming craving for jeremiah’s usually when i go to ice cream places the service is subpar and they act like they don’t want to be there but i particularly noticed a worker by the name of glory i believe was amazing and topped my ice cream off perfectly and made sure i had everything i needed included napkins and she told me have a blessed day so i asked for her name and going to this jeremiah’s for the past month has changed my life for the better! this is the best ice cream spot around and threre are many! i always look forward to my scoop of ice cream at...
