Really disappointed with everything 😕 The multiple times i’ve come in—to give them a second chance, the employees have been rude and unhelpful, and the owner is not accommodating to issues with the drinks i’ve had. Giving feedback, the owner was unappeased and did not offer any help. Such a shame to not have a good boba shop in Missouri City, but the poor quality in drinks and management makes the drive out to Sugar Land worth it. We had a boba craving at night and realized the local KFT closes at 10 pm. We came in h ust 30 min before closing and Vivian, the sweet owner, greeted us with a warm greeting and great energy. When it comes to the drinks, the boba is cooked to perfection and the drink are a perfect ratio. I honestly strayed away from KFT for years, but Vivian’s KFT has brought me back as a regular.
