There are restaurants that focus so much on their food that they reduce their muse to perpetual mediocrity; This restaurant is not among them. While some, rather successful, restaurants focus primarily on sandwiches, this one has their eyes keen on soup. Most generic Vietnamese restaurants fail when merely attempting one facet of the cuisine. Yet, this one has met and exceeded my expectations. Include a delightful view of the sunset, and it becomes a trove of treasures just waiting to be discovered. Peer deeper into the color scheme geared to have your appetite build, and the inspiration becomes self evident. When I leave a review, it's usually extremely positive or extremely negative. My favorite menu items that I order are the egg rolls and the special fried rice. Months ago, the fried rice was so delicious. However, I ordered today and I was severely disappointed. It's the kind of fried rice that can be obtained from any Asian restaurant. But the worst of it is that it isn't as good as the typical fried rice. The rice itself is different and there were tiny pieces of meat in it including the shrimp - not fit to be considered bite size for a small dog and the overall dish was really under seasoned. I had to season the rice at home just to make it edible. This version is definitely inferior to the original special fried rice and there's nothing special about it. What's so disappointing is that they have the audacity to charge patrons the same price! I used to be a regular, but I doubt I will patronize this business again. It's important for restaurant owners to understand that cheating customers with quality is the beginning of a dying business and that's not something to do during a pandemic era. Order egg rolls for delivery they were fried so hard couldn’t taste anything in the inside of the egg roll. I contact the restaurant to let them know and the female owner was so rude. Never apologize for my experience just stated they never had a problem with their food. After advising I will leave a bad review she stated that in my next visit they will correct the issue. Asked to speak to the owner and she states they weren’t available however she kept saying @My Restaurant Never Received A Complaint for or food.
