Arby's — Restaurant in Missouri Valley

HORRIBLE!!!HORRIBLE!!!HORRIBLE!!! DON'T GO HERE IT'S HORRIBLE!!! WE WENT IN ORDERED THINKING EVERYTHING WAS NORMAL WE ARRIVED FIRST AMONG MANY AFTER US, THE MANY AFTER US ALL GOT THEIR FOOD FIRST WHILE WE WAITED GETTING ATTACKED BY NUMEROUS NASTY BITING FLIES IN DINING AREA WHERE WE WERE ACTUALLY THINKING OF EATING INITIALLY THEN THE STENCH STARTS SEEPING IN AND IT'S HORRIBLY HOT AS IF THEY DON'T HAVE AC DID I MENTION NO ICE IN DINING ROOM SO I'M DISABLED AND SO WAS THE PERSON WITH ME I FINALLY GET UP AFTER WATCHING PERSON AFTER PERSON WALK UP AFTER US AND RECEIVING THEIR FOOD WHEN I ASK WORKER THAT TOOK OUR ORDER ABOUT OUR FOODSHE IMMEDIATELY RECOGNIZES ME AND TURNS HER BACK TO ME WITHOUT ACKNOWLEDGING ME OR MY WORDS THEN TELLS HER MANAGER SOMETHING HER MANAGER COMES UP AND I EXPLAIN SAME THING OFFERING UP MY RECEIPT THEN MANAGER TURNS HER BACK TO ME WALKS AWAY DOESN'T SAY A WORD ACKNOWLEDGING NOTHING I JUST SAID SO I TELL THEM I'LL BE COMING THROUGH DRIVE-THRU WHEN I GET TO SPEAKER AT DRIVE-THRU SHE TELLS ME TO GET BACK INSIDE I TELL HER NO, I'M PULLING UP TO WINDOW IN HOPES THAT I'LL GET ICE AND MY FOOD, LONG STORY SHORT OUR FOOD WAS COLD NASTY AND OF COURSE SCREWED UP OUR ORDER NEVER WILL I GO BACK AGAIN MISSOURI VALLEY ARBY'S SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS AND THE PEOPLE ARE RUDE...

Worst customer service in the drive thru. Lady was very rude. We pulled up to the order box and waited for some sort for of greeting. 2 mins go by with nothing. The truck in front of us drives off after ordering, guess that should have been a warning. We say "hello" serveral times, nothing for another 45 sec. Then a rude voice says "what do you want?" My mom says "we weren't sure you were there", and she snaps "it an automatic system you order when you pull up". ?? What, how are we supposed to know you're ready?? We order our sandwiches to which she responds "is that it". We finish our order & pull around & waited & waited. They of course mix up our order with the truck that drove off & we're rude with us like it was our fault their bad service cause those customers to leave. They took our money & gave us our food with no other responses or greetings. And slammed the window closed. We had to honk to get their attention to ask for Arbys sauce. Sad visit. Food...

Ok I know Missouri Valley Iowa's location is VERY short staffed but seriously. My drive thru order was short one order. Doors locked as they couldn't handle the drive thru & restaurant, they are working their butts off inside as there are only 3 employees working. I tried to call the phone number to make sure they would be open when I went back for the double roast beef sandwich to make sure they would be open as they close early now. Can't hire a crew to work after then apparently. The drive thru attendant was very apologetic and gave me a FREE Apple 🍎 Turnover. Thank you just...
