They lost a regular customer when I called and ordered food and right as I’m about to pull in to pick it up they called me and tell me they don’t have the ribs that I ordered and I said that was fine so I ordered a brisket sandwich with two sides I go in and purchase it for $19 and I even left a 15% tip I left and 10 minutes down the road I realized I don’t have one of my sides so I turn around and drive back the doors are locked because they closed an hour earlier than Google says they close they give me my side and I asked for a water and they proceeded to try and charge me for a water. My ribs were awful very dry, no taste to them at all. The plate was extremely hot and the meat was too as if they stuck the ribs in the microwave (we did hear them slam the microwave door shut several times) to heat them up. I ordered fried mushrooms as my side and I got 4 very small mushrooms. They tried to charge us 2 times for my husbands meal.
