Hardee’s — Restaurant in Missouri

Stopped in to grab some food through the drive thru on our way back to Tulsa...Service was friendly and efficient...We had ordered almost 40 dollars on food and a lot of requests for different sauces. The employee didn't even bat an eye with all the requests and was ready to fill without issue...when we got to the window, he informed me that it would be a few minutes as they were cooking fresh chicken tenders for my 10 piece...No problem! I love hot fresh food. So I pulled forward as instructed to wait. About 5 minutes later employee comes out with our food. Everything was there and made correctly!! Well he did miss one of our sauces, but easy mistake to fix. Everything tasted awesome, except the chicken tenders that we had to wait for. They were hot and fresh, just as he said they would be, however i could not eat them. They had an extreme burnt taste to them. It was very obvious their oil needed to be changed!! Overall decent experience, but disappointed in the burnt tasting...

All the other stores in Joplin closed, it would be nice to be able to order with the app and use rewards here at this location. Wendy’s at Pilot allows this. I know this can’t be a thing with Love’s since McDonald’s in Neosho has their app available. It’s 2024. Let’s honor some deals here. I feel it should be a requirement to do so anymore.

So, every bag and drink tells you to download the app for rewards, even Google Maps, it says Hardee’s order in the mobile app. Yet, they do not honor it. How is a Hardee’s franchise able to choose to refuse to get with the modern ages?

Frisco sandwiches are supposed to be toasted bread, that’s just greasy butter melted bread.

Would be nice if their food was hot and not cold. There is no excuse for freshly prepared...

Would love to actually use my rewards and deals for online ordering. They finally have the location listed but the online ordering is turned off 24/7. Extremely good food but the barrier to order and making me pay full price when literally everything advertised for them says to order online, I’m very much over it. I’ll have to get my Hardee’s in a different town from now on

Edit 5-24-25: Hardee’s now allows in store scanning but this location is fully owned by pilot and not going with standard pricing or deals. Be prepared for inflated prices with no deals because mailed coupons. As a resident of Joplin living on the same shared main road I don’t even receive these mail coupons. Terrible practice by Pilot...
