I visited the Imo's Pizza location in Winghaven and was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding customer service provided by Jr. His remarkable patience and exceptional order-taking skills truly made my dining experience a memorable one. When I mentioned to Jr. that I was accustomed to the Hampton and Olive UCity locations, and I had doubts that this location could deliver the same flavor, he assured me that he could make it happen. And indeed, he went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I ordered an extra large pizza, half chicken and half pineapple with extra sauce, cooked well done, and I must say, it hit the spot perfectly. I'd give it an 8.0 out of 10! Jr's dedication to ensuring that I got exactly what I was craving for, and his commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, truly sets the Winghaven location apart. His confidence and skill in assuring me that I would enjoy the pizza just as much as I did at the other locations was commendable. Avoid this location! Placed an order online for delivery, was estimated to arrive between 40-50 minutes. After 60 minutes I started using their pizza tracker and still no updates. After 70 minutes I called the store to check on the order. After waiting 3 minutes for them to answer their phone, I was told they didn’t have my order in their system, and they rudely insinuated I ordered from a different location when my receipt clearly stated the Winghaven location. When I continued to question about my order, she eventually found it and said it just went out for delivery and would be another 15 minutes, and hung up. When the order arrived the one pizza was completed charred, and barely edible, and all the food was ice cold. Beyond disappointed for $80 for pizza! We won’t be ordering from this location again. I had taken a break from Imo’s , previously was my go to Pizza for years. Yesterday I opted to try again choosing my closest store. I should have stuck with the other brand, ‘D’. I live 5 minutes away, pizza picked up at winnow at store cold on arrival home. I was there minutes before my Anticipated time for pizza to be ready. The Square Deal was all cold. The two topping pizza that included hamburger had one pea size chunk on each slice..Pretty Stingy for a more costly option in the local pizza world. To top it off I ordered extra Chimino as a side. Later after dinner to find it was an extra order of chilled Provel cheese bites. Yes my ticket was correct, filling order the issue . So next time do I try different location or save my money and go back to reliable better prepared option...
