Jim's Razorback Pizza — Restaurant in Missouri

It saddens me to write this because I grew up eating Jims Razorback Pizza but their service has become awful over the past year - 2 years. The reason I still give it 2 stars us because their pizza is actually amazing... even now, but when you place an order that takes 100 minutes to arrive and it is not even warm and cold throughout, it is reasonable to be upset.

The individual that answered the phone had no time nor care to listen. He hurried to get me off the phone within the first 20 seconds of the call. After he confirmed I already had another error in the past he said he would refund me on the order and before I even had a chance to ask for a receipt he hung up on me. I called back to verify my receipt and asked him why he hung up on me and he said there wasn't anything left for him to deal with on the call.

The lack of care and mild disrespect was paramount and unless things change I won't be using them again. I love their pizza too much to not try at least once in a blue moon, but man.... I hope ownership sees this.

Update on Dec 1st: Rather than sending a refund receipt the ownership told employees I am not allowed to order in the future. ...

This seems like a great little local place to eat. We had debated whether to get take out or eat in but I'm glad we chose take-out because all the seats were filled at 5:30 on a Saturday night. They could probably fit a few more tables in if they chose to. We placed our order online. The website didn't tell us what time it would be ready, but when we arrived about 25 minutes later it was ready and waiting. We have had a hard time finding good pizza near Bella Vista where we live, but this was the best so far. They didn't skimp on toppings and it had really good flavor. No burned crust like some of the "gourmet" pizza places around here. We ordered the hand tossed crust which was good, but next time will try the thin crust. Will definitely order again. Update, we have been back to Jim's Razorback and were not disappointed. The prices are reasonable, the toppings are plentiful and on this occasion there was plenty of seating available. Still our favorite casual pizza place...

Every time we order here it’s a gamble and tonight is our final order. We loved the NLR location and when we moved we were excited to have a favorite nearby. When we first started ordering here it was great, but this last year every time has been an issue. We ordered three times in a row over the span of a month and a half and had severely undercooked pizza. So we took a break and swapped to a new pizza place. We decided to give them another chance this evening and they delivered a pizza with the cheese completely slid off the pizza, we couldn’t even finagle it back because it kept slipping off and had set. It was a disaster. They offered a replacement or credit which is great but we honestly decided to just eat elsewhere and while we took the credit I don’t really plan to order here again....
