ROYAL Fine Dining — Restaurant in Missouri

Had an Amazing time and the food was great. Our waiter Marley hit the service out of the park!!! We gave him a hard time all night having fun with him and he was great. The pictures and the descriptions of this place does not do it justice. Yes the place is upscale, but they have wonderful inexpensive food also, cheaper than burgers on the water.
