Taqueria Carlito — Restaurant in Missouri

I hate to do this here but there I could not find any other way to hopefully get this back to the manager or owner that can hopefully get this fixed. We have eaten here quite a bit over the years and have always liked it. Unfortunately, when we walked in tonight about 25 minutes before closing, the server working was extremely rude. The first words out of her month were "it's take out only now" to which my husband replied ok. There was a big group trying to pay and leave. One of the gentlemen said "why don't yall let them place their order" to the rest of his group. We then walked up to the counter and the service says to us "what do you want." She did not smile once and had a very rude tone. My husband then said "you know what nevermind." She looked completely clueless. I said "that's pretty rude." She said "what's rude." So I had to tell her she was. She still just blankly stared at me. When I explained that she probably should have at least asked "what can I get you," she just said sorry with the same rude tone. She apparently has no customer service skills at all. This may have ruined the place for us. We definitely won't be going...

Food and service used to be fantastic but since they opened their new restaurant in Berryville this location has went way down hill very quickly. You can specifically ask for sauce with your to go order and still not get it. I ordered today and went to pick it up and made sure to ask for the sauce again bc they always forget and she didn’t put the lid on all the way so it spilled all over inside my bag on my way back to work and rather than a burrito with shredded chicken I got it with huge dry chunks. My previous review was a solid 4 star. Went in tonight and they lost my business. We eat here once a week or so. New girl behind the counter. They have about 25 or 30 minutes until close. We walk in she says take out only. We stop serving inside at 730... we're like that's fine.. And then she's very rude and says "what do you want" with anger in her voice.
