Wendy's — Restaurant in Missouri

Around 3:20pm on 4/6/24. I ordered at the kiosk ticket number 346 I believe it was. We got our food in a timely manner. However, the food was terrible! Wendy’s is one of my favorites and today was a horrible experience. Every single table was dirty. Floors needed swept and mopped, yet 2 men in the front just stood there carelessly. We were the only guests in there and nothing was being cleaned or stocked up. They handed us our food in a bag. I ordered for 2 people, ketchup in dinning area was empty. I was ignored when I stood at the counter waiting to be helped, So I asked for a handful of ketchup and they handed me 2 packets. I stated that the ketchup in dinning area was empty and would like more than 2 packs of ketchup for the 2 meals I ordered. He proceeded to hand me 3 more. I sat down and waited and the 10 minutes after I said the ketchup was empty, it stayed empty. The crew leader told the employee, as we were entering the restaurant, to pay attention next time because he himself had already brought straws to the front. Still no ketchup!! Burgers were room temperature, probably should have kept those patties in the drawers for chili meat instead of serving them to me. Fries were old and the chicken nuggets must have been from yesterday. The only plus from today’s experience was a small frosty that I was given when I ordered a jr frosty (yes I got my jr frosty too). Place needs cleaned as well as...

Alex... He needs to not assume what the customer is ordering. I ordered 1 Son of baconator, 1 Plain chicken sandwich(for my pup) & 1 Large order of fries. He proceeds to make it into a combo. No! I told him I did not want a combo. He says...oh I thought you wanted a combo. No! If I wanted a combo I would have asked for a combo. A combo include a drink. I don't want the drink. I just want the hamburger the chicken and the large order of fries.

The only thing that came out hot was my order of fries. Because they just come out of the fryer. My hamburger and the chicken( I cut the chicken for the pup) we're cold. Of course, my food sat in a bag on the counter waiting on the fry's. So of course my food is going to be cold.

Worst food establishment I've ever been to. Placed an online order at 8:45am, scheduled it to be picked up at 9:20am, I show up at 9:35am and they tell me the order isn't ready. I leave, then attempt to call the restaurant multiple times over the course of a couple hours and not once did I ever recieve an answer. So then I call customer service who tells me they can only take money online, they can't refund it and I need to go to the restaurant to get the refund in person or accept a gift card through email for food I'll never eat again.
