Recently there has been a change in the way you guys have been preparing your burgers... The burgers are being pre-cooked and left at the bottom of the grill until someone orders. I recently purchased a 4 sandwich combo meal, and the burgers were very dry and all of the onions had turned brown. It was very burnt and unedible. Unfortunately, I was halfway down the highway when I discovered the condition in which my sandwiches were prepared... Luckily, the fries were fresh so I was still able to eat something. But why are you guys preparing the burgers that way? As a customer, I can tell you that I don't mind waiting a couple of minutes for fresh burgers. It wasn't even during a rush or anything. I walked in, ordered, saw them flip 4 burger/bun sandwiches out of a group of aprox. 20, and on my way I went. Very disappointed White Castle... You've been a part of my life since childhood, and I now live over an hour from your location and was very excited to have the opportunity to drop in.... Please change this practice, so that I may continue to be a valued...

A crudely made sign at the drive through shows they're not open 24 hours, but instead until 2am tonight. It being 12:30am and the person in front of me appearing to have ordered I figured I wouldn't be let down. After waiting 25 minutes, during which four more cars pulled in to wait behind me, the two ladies that were supposed to be working walked outside and shouted "we're closed!" at us. Zero movement inside prior to this.
Had they told me they were closed once they planned on walking out early I wouldn't mind as much. They clearly wanted to hide, wait us out and have us leave on our own terms instead of going through the effort of telling us over the drive through that they were closed.
Please train the staff on staying for their entire shift, or at least clearly communicating to the customer that they're opting out of their shift rather than leaving five cars waiting for nearly a half hour. People won't tolerate...

The burgers were not good, the fries were very soggy, and the chicken tenders were not properly fried. I had an odd experience ordering as well. I was asked to add cheese to my burger, and I said yes, I would like cheese on the burgers. Then, all of a sudden, when I got my order, they were plain, not even with ketchup. I asked the lady, "Where is the cheese?" and she said I didn't order any cheeseburgers. I mean, doesn't adding cheese make it a cheeseburger? Then I asked for ranch sauce for my 20 tenders, and another lady asked how much I wanted. I said four, then she looked at me and gave me two and said, "There you go, here's two!". Never coming back for sure. They started rambling on, back talking about my order as if we were in the wrong and...
