Visited for first time tonight and had Carne Asada as main course. Portions were very generous and very flavorful. Given 3 flour tortillas, couldve used a 4th. Guacamole, lettuce, and tomatoes were fresh and not wilted or discolored. The protein portion was 2 good size pieces of thin steak, not over-done. The rice and refried beans were also very good, with the beans topped with a appropriate amount of cheese. Chips and salsa was served ahead at time of seating, and the salsa was fresh and had a good flavor and consistency.
The only hiccup in the meal was when I ordered the fried ice cream for desert. It was just okay, not what I was expecting. It had good flavor, but the overall dessert missed the mark. Too much whipped cream, and some sort of candies with chocolate syrup overwhelmed the ice cream.

Read moreFood was good, I had the shrimp tacos. The rice and beans didn't have much flavor - same with the salsa. We were very excited to try the new place in town but the service left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I brought in my 2 middle aged parents (who love trying new things) and simply asked "what's good? What would you recommend?" The waiter was super rude! Literally just laughed and walked away mumbling at them. I tried ignoring it, just to enjoy our time. Everything we asked for seemed like a chore. We waited to order. We waited for drinks. We waited 20 minutes after finishing our meal for our ticket while our waiter talked to his buddies over in the corner. Then waited again for him to ring us up. Very disappointed in service. Especially when there was only one other table occupied in whole place. Food was good...
Read moreWe came to this nice little restaurant after the other Mexican place down the road was packed. Very glad we did! Huge menu. Ordered Shrimp a la Diablo and was was really impressed. Big perfectly cooked shrimp in a spicy red sauce with a small avocado lettuce salad, rice and garlic bread. There were so many shrimp I actually couldn’t finish. Also had a shrimp quesadilla and it too was loaded with shrimp, cheese and veggies. Both entrees were done so well and served very quickly. Good mild chips and salsa, plus they have a spicy salsa as well that was very good. Our service was excellent from the very busy efficient waitress. By the time we left it was busy full of happy customers. Very clean and priced were super reasonable. 3 beers, 2 glasses of wine and 2 entrees were just $44. Please eat here, you’re...
