This location has always been on the low end. Food is often old and soggy or overcooked. Additionally service tends to be pretty poor. However after my experience today I will not be returning anytime soon. I went through the drive-thru to place a fairly large order. 10 double cheeseburgers, 10 McChickens, and a large frozen coke. Midway through my order the lady on the headset said something to effect of are your serious man? I assume she intended to turn off her mic and was complaining to a co-worker, something I somewhat understand given I too have worked fast food and understand large orders can be annoying. However, it came through the drive-thru speaker. After being shocked for a couple of seconds I said, "yes seriously". I think at this point she realized her mic was still on because it went silent. After a couple more seconds of silence I decided to drive off. I will be advising my family and friends to avoid this location if possible in the future. Clearly their staff is rude and disrespectful to customers. I sincerely hope a manager was also on the headset and heard this occur, and hopefully put the employee through remedial customer service training since she couldn't manage to take an order without being...
Read moreYeah, this review DEFINITELY deserves a redo and yet again itâs the night shift. I was in the drive through and waited for my order to be taken, after the car in front of me was done and another car in the OTHER lane was done it was my turn. All I asked for was a #3 (Double Quarter Pounder) simply with just cheese and lettuce, thatâs it lol. The lady had an attitude with me stating that âit donât come with lettuceâ âyeah it donât come with lettuceâ (never had a problem with that before) but had no qualms about the car in front me getting THEIR order right. So I said nevermind about my order in general because Iâm not dealing with that attitude tonight.
I know it sounds dumb of me complaining of not having lettuce and cheese on a sandwich but whatever the CUSTOMER orders the customer should get along with good customer service. Her attitude is what really irritated me the most honestly and another thing if you donât like dealing with the public, find another job. Other times I never hardly had an issue with this but sometimes with night shift youâll never know who youâll have to deal with. Having an attitude wonât make your day better just because you donât want to be there or deal with...
Read moreFrequent customer here: the food and most of the consistent staff is great. The drive-thru service time is consistently bad.
These restaurants rely on their drive-thru "timer" to show that they are meeting service time benchmarks. To get around this, they "pull you ahead" so that they can buy themselves time and clear their timer. This makes you wait in their special curbside section while they can maintain their timers. It's cheating the system. Once you're cleared off the timer, they have no incentive to get your food to you quickly. In my most recent case, I waited 18 minutes for two pies and a McDouble. I left without my food after that time. This kind of wait is frequent. They will pull you ahead even if you're the only person there at 6:30 in the morning because they forgot to stagger their coffee pots.
The food is fine when you get it. The regular team is great with hard workers. There's a lot of turnover and a lot of folks who just don't care. You'll get "pulled around" almost every time and food will typically take ten minutes or more to be ready. Know what you're...
