I'm the kind of person that if I have anything good/constructive to say about someone or something I keep my mouth shut, but in this particular case I definitely can't.
New in town and because as any other residents that receive mail, we did receive coupons from Subway and if you received something like this you can either decide to use it or not; but do you know what?! It looks like if you use it at the same place that the coupons have the name from, Specially for the manager of the place, these coupons are NOT welcome. That much that before you walked in you can see in his face everything that he already commented to his subordinates (which both, the young girl and young boy, try to be kind and thanks to them it's rated up to 2-3 stars) and then he wants to rush you to order. What kind of customer service is that?! I not even believe he knows how to run a business.
If we have to drive over 5 miles to another Subway, believe us, we will. This is the only store that we have went that besides using coupons we have not leave a tip as usually we do and never had nor going to buy full price, fortunetly we have done it at...

I had a 12" #30 The Beast Sub. Toasted with add on bakon lettuce pickles shredded mont cheddar roast beef ham turkey salami pepperoni on an Italian herb and cheese bread. Then the salad Turkey Salad with shredded Mont. Cheddar,Lettuce salad, spinach, cucumber, peppercorn ranch with Parmesan cheese with pickle on the side and No tomatoes but instead it came with tomato and pickles both in it also I asked for an extra ranch I did not get it. Not only was my order completely wrong but when I called no one would answer the phone. I called 5 times to get my order replaced. My online order was placed at 7:48pm I did not receive my order until 8:43pm I was charged $59.50 I expect a full refund or a full replacement. You'll be seeing me tomorrow morning with receipt in hand. Not to mention my spouse is a manager for another store....

About 4 months ago I had a few bad experiences ranging from not being open 30+ minutes after open to them trying to charge me nearly double for a sandwich as I can only assume they made it wrong and hoped I would not notice or just flat out could not understand me.
Again today, I tried to give them another chance after not stepping foot in there for nearly 3 months and driving to Bedford to go to those Subways. Again, no one there, door locked. I ended up staying until 8:54 before I had to get to work myself.
Google says Open at 8:30 Door says Open at 8:30 Subway App says Open at 8:30
Would be better for them just to find a new opener or say they do not open until 10 if they can not find reliable employees. That, at least I would, be more understanding and respect the fact that they Open when they say they are to Open.
I use to work at a Subway in college, and when we worked the Open shift, that meant getting there 30 to 45 min before Open to do food prep...
