We were on our way from Las Vegas to our hotel in Zion National Park, when we found ourselves really hungry with nothing around. My wife looked on her phone and found this beautiful gem of a place. They have a limited menu because of covid. First off, they have breakfast menu from I belive 8am to 2pm. We have 2 boys, 13 yo and a 9 yo. My wife had the Buffalo chicken fingers, which was loaded with Buffalo sauce which is good for dipping your fries in. My 9 yo got the regular chicken fingers, which I have to admit I ate some of those. They had the perfect crunch to chicken, it was really good, especially in the BBQ sauce. My 13 yo and myself got the bacon burger. The burger was good and cooked perfectly. The service here was amazing. Our waitress was really good and a delight to talk to, even if there was not a lot of people dinning at the time. LOL. What a great place and great find that is away from the fast food chains. Maybe we will be back on our way...
Read moreSo happy that Muddy is around. They have so much great comfort food. They have great service and now that Sugars in Overton is gone, they are getting a lot of the Overton and Logandale people who used to dine there. They have so many similar great dishes and the Sugars cook is there now. We are so thankful they are our new hometown diner. The staff and waitstaff are friendly and remember their customers and their favorite orders and drinks. It can get really busy there and I'm so happy for them that they are. Their success is well earned, and they have adapted well to the new influx of customers and seem to always be opened to improving their business and menu. It's worth the drive over for the Overton and Logandale regulars. Show your support for the local business owner who is dedicated to serving, listening and surpassing the needs of...

Yet not all tables were occupied, and it was clear that the two waitresses could have been better organized. The single cook in the back was often waiting for something to do. When he did finally get an order, he cranked out the meals quickly, then went back to waiting. Our coffee came after 25 minutes, and our food was ready after 45.
Side note: bring a jacket or sweater, as the air conditioner runs in Beast Mode.
On a positive note, the prices are much better than the Mexican place along the highway, the only other place to...
