I didn't have any thing to complain about this company! Yet... They are sorry for my experience? Keep reading! It gets better... For them in their good standing! The whole thing.
Hey! All I did was get told by my comrade/teacher that he thought the cost of pizza was too much. Why? Nobody told him about the coupon for which is available per request.... Next paragraph is 2nd shot of this. Do you know what the owner or top manager did when I inquired about the order? He offered an equal value to what was paid for that was not used (unallocated) per the coupons available! 4 topping Hand tossed used first...
After inquiring? He offered at least (equal or more than) a hand tossed pizza with 2 toppings! Then asks if I could pick it up or have it delivered? Then tells me that I wouldn't have to pay for delivery after myself asking why he would inquire about the address? I went straight in... Personally!
The guy that's at the window asked after some time passed that we both were at the window? If I could pull around. The same guy? After I pull around? Steps out with no more protection than he started with against the weather of lesser heat! Telling him to go back inside and that the pizza wasn't for me? He did just that! Then another key role comes out and says the delivery is still on them? NO! I'm not letting that driver go without at least a tip. For the 2nd delivery? I only gave 4 quarters and a 1 dollar bill... But knowing drivers live on tips too?
Why not? Give it to the next person in need knowing that they are working even in worse conditions? They're working and have a need to grow better too! Why not give them some handy fuel later? Even for food? They're not going to waste it on an ill use for dopamine (reward system) release. These people? They're above that!
In regards to the pricing? I'm sure they'll inquire to the customers about coupons that will be noted in the future! Knowing how long of a history with this company I have had? They're great people! They're awesome with regards to even in the past know (as well as current personnel) that

   Read moreI was really excited when I saw a free pizza on my Domino’s app so I decided to go ahead and get one. Since it was free the only thing I had to pay for was garlic sauce and extra cheese so the total was about two dollars and some change order through the app and after getting a tracker notification that it was in the oven I completely lost it on the tracker. Thought it was no big deal apps mess up sometimes, so I got on my email and try to do the tracker through there and it said that my order wasn’t found it but just decided to wait about the normal time it would take for a pizza to be made and then go ahead and head up there. When I got there there was no issues waiting a bit for them to come to the window but I wasn’t too worried about it got my pizza and went home when I got home and open my pizza let’s just say I was very disappointed. Even though it had supposedly just been made it looked like it had been sitting there for an hour. It was just a little warm and just by the look of it it didn’t look too appetizing. I literally live 10 minutes away from this dominoes there’s no way it could’ve gotten that cold and stale on that short drive home. Instead of calling us and informing us of the situation they send boneless wings and three lava cakes to make up the difference. The delivery driver failed to.let us know. We thought we had the wrong order. Manager named Tyler was supposed to send coupon for bone in wings. It never came. Second time I order a pizza for pickup. Supposed to have extra pepperoni but clearly is lacking. I bring this to employees attention. She offers to make a new one after waiting 45 for original pizza. I tell her I want my money back. She takes pizza from me and tells me to wait a minute. She takes my pizza which was paid for through the kitchen to the manager who comes out and tells me it has extra pepperoni it is just under the cheese. He offers no remedy. I take pizza home and trash it. I thought at least I could eat the pretzel bites...wrong. They were barely cooked, not even close to toasted....
