ok, so if ur anything like me u might have noticed how high the overall rating is, yet also b wondering why this place has a low review count...worry no more; can confirm that a. its just bcuz they r in a terrible location & have also just not been around relatively long enough yet, & b. if anyone wants to know about authenticity--can also confirm this isn't a mexican or white chef in the kitchen, he's Asian. (Indonesian to be specific, & they have 5 locations so that should say a lot there!)

my personal thanks to the chef! ur amazing food made my day, thank u so much! ... im a bit of a picky eater, & can honestly say i haven't had food in this cuisine i liked this much in a long time...i love ur dedication to detail & freshness, (i could tell everything was made when we ordered it vs ahead & sitting, which also didnt take as long as id expect either, evn tho id always wait longer if i had2 bcuz its worth the wait to me, if i need fast ill go 2 a drive thru) the difference this makes in how much it sets u apart cannot be overstated. i would go into more detail--honestly so good, i could write paragraphs--but dont want to cause any deterring "TLDR" responses, because as many people as possible need to enjoy the soul satisfying experience that is ur masterfully superb cooking.
i would also like to add that the only reason i gave the atmosphere 4 stars is because an unasuming, cozy, small seating area can never compete with the environment of a high end Japanese steakhouse for example, but for what it is its very nice & very clean & cute...if u want top dollar food excellence without having2 pay for leather seats & dim lighting for your date, then this is your new favorite, everyday go-to food spot!
(can personally recommend the kamikaze roll, steak noodles, fried rice egg rolls & gyoza...& try the fun Japanese flavored sodas that come in the bottles with a glass marble seal!)
...also, (since they took away the dislike/thumbs down icon 4whn u find something 2 b unhelpful) 2the few the ppl who left poor reviews; 1st of all, dont give a place a lower rating just bcuz u dont know what u like, smh & fp (almost as bad as leaving 1 star bcuz u didnt like that they were closed cuz u went too late unknowingly/without checking 1st or something like that) ... 2nd, ofc the special rolls will b more-bcuz they r a specialty roll & they r also bigger which means more is used to make it & u also get a much bigger portion than the regular/smaller sushi bites... 3rd, their menu DOES have plenty of options to choose from (evn compared2 other similar places) & even some that r friendly 2 dietary needs/restrictions... lastly, if u want cold rice then order cold sushi; ofc if u get a fried sushi roll then the rice wont b cold, that was ur ignorance not...
