I ordered on the app. Went to pick up my order. Went into the building as it told me to come inside to pick it up. Was told the lobby was closed and to wait in my car and someone would bring it to me. Waited over 20 minutes and still no food. While waiting I observed 5 vehicles enter the drive thru, order food and leave. So I went through the drive thru, told them I was here to pick up my order. Got to the window where I waited almost 10 more minutes to get my order as they still hadn't filled it. After finally getting my food, I left without my sodas that were on the order because I wasn't sure how long the wait would have been for that. Pretty bad when you use the app to save time and spending over $40 you still deal with this kind of waiting. I was planning to use KFC for a very large order soon for a birthday party. But now I am definitely rethinking that. And after getting home and trying to eat, the disappointment only grew. Especially the pot pie. It was extremely dry and tasted old. It was the most disgusting thing I have ever tried to eat. Needless to say, only one bite taken and then thrown in the trash. The food is overpriced as it is. Read moreAfter buying a 16pcs meal and 12pcs tenders and paying close to $70, we were told that it would be a 30 minute wait for chicken. Didn't have a problem with the wait time, even told them "not a problem, take your time.". After the long wait time the worker giving us our food, basically pushed the bags at us while saying "here's your food", almost tipping the bags of food over. Still not a problem, everyone is allowed to have a bad day and maybe this was hers. Now, imagine how LIVID you'd be when opening up the food when you get home and seeing your 16pcs so greesy that the box is almost leaking greese and the original crust chicken is too greesy for the breading to stay on. Then you open the 12pcs tenders and they look like they have been ripped apart and thrown into the box and to top it all off when you try to pull the box of tenders out of the bag to snap a picture of it to show management, the entire bottom of the box falls through dumping all the tenders on the floor. Starting with ordering I sat at the speaker to give my order for 5 minutes and wasn't even acknowledged so I kept saying hello then rudely someone said we will get to you in a minute. Once at the window the girl handed me my 3 pepsi's with no ice and said sorry she forgot to mention they were out. My son and I took a drink of our soda and it was hot so I told her we didn't want them, she then said do you want me to get you ice from the lobby? Well duh why wouldn't she do that in the first place. Then I received my bag of food and my Nashville hot tenders were in a paper bag sideways and all the red sauce dumped out and leaked onto all of my other food. When I got home we didn't get our mashed potatoes/no gravy and we didn't get the corn I ordered also the chicken tenders were not breaded good half of it looked like it was all scrapped off.
