Consistently the worst experience. Want a sandwich with tomatoes? They're out of tomatoes. Want a sandwich with cucumbers? Out of cucumbers. What about a bagel sandwich with bacon? Out of bagels and bacon. How about customer service? All out of that too. But there's plenty of awful selection and rude attitude directed at their customers.

I ordered a bagel sandwich with bacon, the were out of bagels, and got no bacon. I went back to ask about my missing bacon and was rudely told "We don't have no bacon", then the employee stormed off. I will forego lunch and drive off campus from now on; no more 3-4x weekly visits to this...

The staff here are all wonderfully friendly and there is a wide range of delicious fillings to choose from as well as several different types of bagel. I've never asked for anything on my bagel to be changed to suit my taste/dietary requirements but it's never been a problem when I've seen...
