We stumbled across this museum while trying to find the Into Light exhibit. We were extremely pleased! We were greeted by a warm and friendly face (Jen) that explained the museum to us! She is a true gem. She is so positive and passionate about what she does. We need more folks like her in the world! The museum itself was amazing. It is small but definitely worth our time. I learned a lot about Mobile’s history. We live in Birmingham, but hope to come back when we’re in town next.

Surprise hidden on campus. Must see for local history. Nice staff more than welcome to show you around and answer questions. I was short on time and will be back.

We saw that the museum was reopening on Facebook and decided to go. The museum is a great place when you are by yourself, but the staff is terrible. When I went in the place, the lobby was kind of unorganized and they had random stuff just sitting out everywhere. The student at the welcome desk was nice but Jen, I think she said she was the curator, was not. She kept speaking to me and my family really slowly like we had a low intelligence level like we were in grade school. Even after we said we wanted to roam around by ourselves, she still kind of followed us around which was weird. Other than the weird curator person, the museum by itself is very educational and has some...

Took my grandkids to the museum. It was amazing!! Everyone was so nice, patient and helpful. One person, I think her name was Jenn, was fantastic with my grandkids and their millions of questions. The entire visit was an adventure we won’t forget. Can’t wait to go back!! See...
