McDonald's — Restaurant in Mobile

Got off of a long day of work and figured I’d just grab some “fast food” and ended up waiting on my food for 45 minutes!!!! They asked me to pull forward after giving my food to another car. They didn’t even give me my drinks before pulling me forward. They then only brought out my food so I said I still need my drinks and the woman went back inside to get my drinks. After about 10 minutes (no exaggeration) she then started walking back outside to me with NOTHING IN HER HANDS! I then let her know I was also missing a sandwich and waiting on those drinks still. So she went back in and another 5 minutes or so pass and she walked back out with just my drinks. So I asked do I need to come inside to get my mcchicken? And she said “I don’t know” and walked back inside.. so I went inside and they made me pay for the mcchicken and at this point I didn’t care because I was ready to go. So I then went and waited back in my car for 15 minutes and no one had brought me my sandwich still. So I get out and walk back in and the woman upfront (a different woman than the one bringing me partial order at a time) asked if I still haven’t gotten my sandwich and I said nope and she asked the kitchen why and the guy in the back said he has other stuff on his screen and so she strongly reminded him that this order was before any of that. I got my sandwich in about a minute after that and I then thanked her and left. I am 9 months pregnant and had to sit at the “fast food” restaurant for just over 45 MINUTES! I understand stuff happens but this is unacceptable. Multiple cars just pulled away because of how slow the service was but they probably saved themselves the...

It's too bad this place has gone downhill in recent months it was one of my favorite McDonalds the employees are absolute trash no one cares about their job no one greets you or shows any signs of intelligence and then your food is dropped in front of you on the counter no here it is sir or thank you or your order is ready just brain dead people. My most recent experience was at the drive thru I pulled up to order and waited 4 mins just for someone to ask what I wanted and then pulled around just to see cars backed up for another 10 mins finally paid and heard every curse word and more through the window with my 7 year old in the car with me he didn't know what was going on. The employees were yelling and fighting so loud o heard them even through the walls. I pulled up to second window to get my food and no one came for 5 more mins and when they did I got the bag and you could smell the burnt chicken nuggets immediately and the fries were cold and hard I got my money back and left the food was for my son and he cried because I had to give his food back. these grown people in this McDonalds that can't cook already prepared food should be ashamed of themselves. Totally bad experience at 12:47 this afternoon I am in drive through ordering my normal food and I bring to the ladies that are handing the drinks and stuff out the window stuff that wasn't right on the recipet well as we leave she sticks her middle finger up well at this point I'm not a happy costumer I have called corporate and talked to the manager and now leaving a bad Review the woman had nerve to say for me to lose weight after I explained I just had a d&c so she was very heartless and the manager was less of the caring type as well but he had no fault in the way this person was acting. We will be sueing for poor treatment and also the food had spit on it only one of the happy meals had a toy and all the food has gave my children food poisoning so the food from today is in my freezer waiting for court date. Be very careful this McDonald's serves barely cooked chicken nuggets and fry it in the same grease as the fish which me and my kids are allergic too also the same with the fries. So yea.
