Sub King — Restaurant in Mobile

I called in a salad and asked for the lettuce to be mixed and it wasn't done and they wouldn't replace it because I was told she made my order the way that I said. She told me the price for the salad and I told her the lower price that was quoted on the online menu to be told that it was an outdated menu and the prices had been increased. She also stated that they charge a fee for using my debit card that I didn't see posted anywhere. When I called to bring the salad back to have the one that I requested made and was told that I couldn't because she was the one who took my order and wrote down what I said, I asked to speak to the manager who was actually the girl's mother. The mother/manager sided with her daughter and refused to let me return the salad and have another one made. I WILL NEVER PATRON AT THE LOCATION EVER AGAIN. THEY'RE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Love this place. It is close to my work and we time to time go get food from here. Everyone loves it. But it is a little $$ but it is good food for the money. I however go in there for something called SCRAP. Scrap is basically the end pieces of all the meats they cut as well as cheeses. They take all that and put it in a sandwich which is to die for. You can get it cold or heated up.. Always get it heated you can scarf the whole thing down. I usually get my in a wrap or on a PITA bread. Let me tell you, this is a delicious sandwich and they sell out really quick so you need to call and see if they have it. The juices that drip off this sammich are definitely worth the napkins needed...

Chose Sub King for lunch, I personally have never been to Sub King before, but it comes highly recommended.

When we arrived, there wasn't much of a rush and the staff was polite. Once we started to order, it went all down hill. The gentleman who took our order seemed to be doing too many things at once and wasn't very attentive.

I was in a group of three and two sandwiches were incorrect. One of these sandwiches was incorrect on THREE separate occasions. This wasn't an issue with preference, it was an issue with an allergy.

Food was awesome but definitely needs some guidance/coaching. I do not recommended anyone go...
