Wendy's — Restaurant in Mobile

Went tonight (9/5/2024 around 805pm ) after football practice to grab something quick. I ordered 4 Jr Bacon biggie bags with BBQ sauce and a son of baconator. I get to the window to pay. The lady takes my card, hands it back, and then starts handing me drinks out the window. As soon as I started to ask for a cup holder, she said kinda rudely, we ran out of cup holders." She hands me my biggie bags and says you still waiting on a sandwich. Another worker hands me the sandwich and tells me to have a good day. I ask him before he closes the window about the extra BBQ sauce I asked for. He says to me we don't have any. I ask so none of my orders have BBQ sauce he says no. I asked him why wasn't I told they didn't have any sauce. He looks at the lady (young and bright skinned) and she rudely states we just ran out. I again ask why wasn't I told and she never moves from by the coke machine to even ask if i want any other sauce or anything else. She was...

Me and my mother Walked in no one was at the front register waited 3 to 5 minutes then the person I assumed was the manager only because her shirt was a different color walk up asked me could she take my order looked over at the drive-thru at a customer over there complaining before I get even place my order she walked off from me and went to the drive through window stayed at the drive-thru window 15 minutes taking care of the customer in the Drive-Thru complaint and then placing her order then she started bag the persons went food in the Drive-Thru and happened to look over and seen us and told us give her a minute so we stood there a total of almost 20 minutes and this was the manager horrible service I ended up just walking out and not getting anything!!! I forgot to mention there were other people standing behind us also waiting. Store was not busy at all only a few people in drive-thru and a two people eating inside...

I went to Wendys on Moffatt yesterday 2/7/25 around 4:45. The service worker who worked the front counter was not friendly, personable, and it showed that she did not want to be there or that she wanted to earn a paycheck without waiting on customers. I'm tired of these establishments with terrible attitudes and horrible customer service. The job did not ask for you, you applied for the job therefore the job should be valued. The worker seemed very annoyed when I asked her a question. Also, the 2 for $7 special that is on the menu board she expresses that the special could not honored. I did not make any purchase as I refuse to spend my money at a restaurant that shows lack of concern and good customer care. I went to Burger King on Airport at Schillenger and received exceptional service. Every time I go to this particular Burger King they do not disappoint. We as consumers should stop supporting...
