I was told a 40min delivery. It was an hour 20+ our food was kind of a little warm. My steak and cheese fries is nasty. And looks like trash!

Update When we called to let this establishment know the food was awful the female owner told us we were terrible people and hung up on us. Very unprofessional! Terrible business owners! Awful food!

That reposone is a lie. I was sitting in my living room waiting for my pizza. If someone was knocking on my door for 10+minutes I would know it. You were accusing me of threatening. Though you were not listening. I was expressing my disappointment in my service. Saying I would leave a bad review. And you told me to drive to your restaurant to get My refund. But if I wanted a reorder of disgusting food it could be here in 20 minutes. So. I suggested delivery my refund. Whish you said was a waste of gas. And there would be a $4 delivery charge for my refund.

I just ordered 6 pieces of pizza & a cheese bacon fry from uberEats for pickup.

I get home & the entire undercrust and side crust is bone white. First bite into the pizza its as doughy and chewy as possible. The photos of the pizza online actually have a crust that is lightly brown on top and bottom, ours was purely white with a hint of grey. Instead of potentially putting 2-3 pieces in my oven I threw it all away. Fries are frozen which is normal, but the entire inside of the fry is dry as if they were freezer burnt. Very disappointed. Now I know why there is a raw food warning under every item on the menu on ubereats, because they only cooked my pizza for 5 minutes. Long enough for the cheese to melt but not long enough for it to bubble or for the edges of the crust to crisp up. I never complain, but this makes me sick. Raw dough underneath barely...

I ordered Meat lover Pizza and 12 dozen well done wings on 1/24/24 and the pizza was what I asked for and it was good but the wings were burnt and I reached out to Pappy’s via phone and no one answered. So, messaged them on their Facebook page and the owner. I sent the owner 2 pics telling him that I received burnt wings and would like refunded for the wings only because the pizza was good, I paid $61 supporting this business. The owner after seeing the pics, said they weren’t burnt they were well done and that he will credit me 12 dozen wings. I told the owner I have 20 people who have seen the same pics who also agree their burnt wings. I want a refund because I will not be ordering wings at this establishment again. The owner said he’s going to contact DoorDash for them to refund my money. I will never support this...
