Stopped in and bought two large filters and a box of twelve. The items were put in a box and I was told to pick it up by the shipping dock. Drove back home, unboxed the items, and found one of the large filters severely damaged (see photo). It was quite obvious the guy taking the order who also picked the items knew it was damaged. So i have been buying parts here for years. Came in to buy parts to fix my broken furnace and was pretty much told that my money as a retail customer is no longer any good. I generally dislike people but I always try to be friendly and mind my manners. That didn't seem to matter. The Sales guy acted like it was burden to check me out. Gave attitude when asking questions and out of no where brought up that they aren't even going to sell to the general public after a few weeks. Ok, great thanks for the tip and the feeling like you want me gone and to never come back.
