If I could give this place no stars i would. I placed a mobile order for pick up I went inside before they started making it because I choose the wrong bread I asked nicely if someone was making a mobile order so I can ask for the bread to be changed they just looked at me for a minute then answered that someone was abt to make it I asked if I can switch out the bread because I choose the wrong one the guy goes “uh we can’t do that because it’ll mess up the bread count” which doesn’t make sense because it’s just as if you would be walking in to make an order and you take the bread away. And one worker said oh when did we start doing that, which i knew right there was a lie. So I asked them to cancel the whole order since I couldn’t get the bread I wanted. So the guy walks to the register cancels the order then hands me the receipt I had to ask about how the refund process works just for him to tell me. And did I mention during COVID NO ONE had on mask. Not the workers not the customers walking in. I was the only one with one. I’m not from this area so this was my first time visiting this store and I also wrote a complaint to subway in which I feel as it it wasn’t really resolved and the manager just responded that they are instructed not to make any changes once the order has been made. But clearly my order wasn’t made because they haven’t started anything. It was just placed and I was outside when it was placed and immediately walked in. So basically the “artist” lied and the manager really didn’t seem to care he just repeated what I already told him. This was my first and last time visiting this establishment. Read moreWhat's the point in having a drive-thru if you're not going to serve your drive-thru customers?!! There should be absolutely no reason to have a customer waiting 45 minutes in a drive-thru! I am not usually one to leave a review, but my experience from this evening has happened much too frequently at this same location. I had two cars ahead of me when I pulled up.. I waited approximately 25 minutes for those two cars to be taken care of.. okay, now it's my turn... Yet, I sat AT the actual drive-thru window for FOURTEEN full minutes (after already waiting 25 minutes for two cars ahead of me.. one of which who only ordered one sub sandwich) before an employee finally came over to the window. You're slightly busy inside at 6 p.m. on a Wednesday evening? Ok, cool, I get that and don't mind waiting for the convenience of being able to use the drive-thru instead of coming inside with four kiddos, one of which who was sick, but it would have been nice if someone would have had at least greeted me instead of laughing and cutting up and stayst walking right past me like my time is any...
Read moreI tried to go through the drive through at 9:20 on a Wednesday night to pick up a sub for lunch the next day. Employee 1 is mopping the floor, notices me, continues to mop the floor. Employee 2 walks from the back and out the door on the opposite side of the restaurant, passing another couple that is walking in to order. I'm still waiting at the drive through, couple at the counter waiting to order, employee 1 still mopping the floor. After a few minutes employee 3 appears from I'm guessing the bathroom and begins taking the couples order. Employee 1 is still mopping. I drive away angry and sandwichless without even an opportunity to tell them how poor their service was, passing employee 2 lying in the bed of a small beat up pickup truck on his cell phone on my way out. I assume they have clean floors, will probably go back considering the proximity...
