I really wanted to like this restaurant and I am truly hoping my poor experience was just a bad night for them. We drove about 45 minutes to try La Eda's upon a coworkers recommendation. Upon arriving we found a nice little restaurant nestled into a small shopping center. We were excited to give this new place a try. When we entered we were greeted immediately and asked to sit in the bar. we made our way to a table and soon after was greeted by our waitress ...so far so good. We made our order and despite being disappointed there was no calamari was excited to try what La Eda's had to offer. And that's were everything went south. Our waitress was nice but had some trouble remembering our drinks...no big deal. We just drank what she gave us. Our appetizer never came, we didn't make a big deal and just figured they were busy. The waitress eventually came with two of our dinner plates and the kids were starving so they dug in.. The My husband and I were expecting ours to follow but the rest of the food didn't come. When the waitress returned she said there was a mixup and our meals would be late. At this point the kids were almost done with their meals so I told her just to cancel the appetizer since it never came. She did offer to give us one free and get it out to us since ours never came but we told her the kids were actually full and it'd go to waste and politely declined. A few minutes later a lady comes out of the kitchen with the cheese sticks alerting the waitress. The waitress said we cancelled the order and the women yelled loudly, "Are you kidding me?" It was so embarrassing. The waitress explained to her that most of our table got their meals and the appetizer was cancelled because it never came and that some meals were still missing After my kids got their boxes for their leftovers, the rest of our meals came out. I was really disappointed the Alfredo sauce is like that from a Ragu jar with consideration to it's price. The food was plentiful though. I was just expecting something more authentic. The waitress took our drinks off our bill for our poor experience which we did appreciate, but honestly, I will never return after the employees loud comments in place of an I'm sorry. That's all it would've taken Honestly, I get how hard running a business is but I also know how easy it is to lose business when your employees react this way. I hope this review helps La Eda's do better for...
Read moreService was absolutely horrendous!!!! If I could give a negative star, I would. The waiter was slow and never checked on us, even when she was bringing us our food. She was chewing gum the entire time she was taking our order and not to mention you could smell alcohol on her breath. She served us the wrong food and we asked nicely if she could have it fixed and she gave us an attitude and said and I quote "NO, not now" so we asked for a manager and she gave my girlfriend a snobby look and didn't even let my girlfriend finish asking for a manager and then she walked away with an attitude and came back about 4mins later and slammed my Pepsi down and said "the manager said she would take care of it THIS TIME FOR YOU" with the worst attitude I have ever heard or seen. Worse than my 6 year old. After she said that she grabbed up our food with attitude and stormed off. We we're so annoyed and upset at this point we left without out our food and said never again. Do not go here! Service is horrible and slow. The food isn't all that...

I am a full time RVer and have been all over this country and have never had such a terrible experience. I ordered a chicken Parmesan sandwich. Everywhere else in this country this comes on a sub, hero, hoagie, grinder, whatever you wanna call it. I get there and they only take cash, which is shown on the bottom of their website. So $5 in fees first to start off. They were very nice inside, but when I left, my bag felt kinda “light”. I get back and I see a small to go tray and open it up and see a chicken parm on a hamburger bun! Okay, this better be good. Nope! This was a frozen chicken patty on a commercial bun. The sauce tasted like dirty water! $12 for a chicken sandwich! I could have got a better chicken sandwich at literally any fast food place for 1/3 the price and way better. What an absolute letdown. If they can’t make a sandwich I can’t imagine how their...
