I got off work last night after doing a double hungry wanted some pizza of course I chose Papa John's because I love their pizza. Anyway order took a little longer than usual so I called wasn't upset just wanted to check on the status . Excellent customer service spoke with a nice gentleman that assured me it was on its way. Then a few minutes later I received a phone call from the Gm and when I tell you that this man went out of his way to make sure my pizza arrived and it was hot and delicious as usual . He went above and beyond and that something that you don't see a lot of anymore.. When my pizza arrived he wrote a letter not typed but a hand written note to apologize for the delay. The level of professionalism that he showed is to be commended.. In his note he stated at this Papa Johns we operate in nothing but excellence and service to the customer. Well sir I thank you and your team members . Job well done I was more than satisfied with the service and had a great experience . Thank you King Nasir Hayes.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! We placed an order over the phone for delivery, they transferred my call to a "secure" billing service but the initial payment did not go through, we tried again after transferring money from the original card we tried (so the money was absolutely there) to another bank account and that charge was unsuccessful as well although the money automatically came out of my account. It then transferred us to speak to someone. The person was extremely unhelpful and rude. He told us that the charge (in which by the way was in the amount of our order) was just an authorization charge and that we still needed to successfully pay in order to have our order fulfilled. We said how that didn't make sense and his only remedy was to transfer us to the store to have the order cancelled. We called the store and they said they couldn't help but told us to dispute the charge with our bank and place the order with them again. Essentially, the bank will refund us the money from their insurance and the establishment still keeps the money they claim they did not receive! DO NOT ORDER OR GIVE THEM...
