McDonald's — Restaurant in Monroe

I don't normally try to leave bad review but this is insult to my eyes and money. I understand the term you get what you pay for but come on like these are promotional items ...your selling point. Sigh... I don't normally purchase food from this chain of restaurants so..I blame the advertising. As you can see in the first picture down below is supposed to be a tomato mozzarella chicken sandwich from there international line. It's missing the mozzarella so I called the restaurant and the lady I spoke with was very friendly and might I add that she picked up a ringing phone during lunch rush.I told her what happened and she apologized which was very nice. She lets us know we can pick up a new sandwich, so I sent my husband to get the sandwich and he brings back picture#3. First of all the third picture I don't even know what that supposed to be. Its sad that someone would have spent their money on that particular sandwich (I got it for free thank God). But are you kidding me that's horrible; overcooked patty, cheese glue, one tomato and wilted lettuce all for little over 5 dollars. I wish I can give zero stars but I think I have to give one star just to submit my story. Sorry for the long rant but people spend their hard earned money to try something that is not reachable in the US. We need to start making our own burgers from home (like I've been doing) I need to keep doing it because...

Y'all I am one of the most considerate people when it comes to service industry workers, as I have been one myself. However, I witnessed something tonight that is inexcusable. The employees at this location are always nice and the food is always fresh BUT I just went throug the drive through. As I was pulling out I stuck my hand in the bag, dug around, and realized they gave me the wrong order. I pulled around, parked, walked in. There were three employees behind the counter. I told them I was given the wrong order and handed it to employee A who sat it on a surface behind the counter. She asked what my order was and I told her. As she was getting my order ready she looked at employees B and C and told them "Take that order to the window." They both looked confused and she repeated herself while pointing to the bag that I had just brought back into the store. Pulled up, asked for 3 value meals and wanted 3 sweet teas. Girl said "read the sign sir". I was looking for a sign but couldn't see it and doubted what I heard. It was night time and the screen is very bright. So I asked for sweet tea again and she said , "read the sign sir". I finally saw it and said "you can't read that, hard to see but I see it now". I got sprite and pulled around. The face of the manager told me everything. Looked at me like I was giving them a hard time. I wanted to tell her to just say you don't have sweet tea next time instead of having an attitude assuming people are looking for a piece of paper in the corner that isn't easy to read considering the light behind it makes it impossible to read. But I didn't want special sauce in my burger so I said nothing. Rude dumb...
