PJ's Coffee — Restaurant in Monroe

Love the service here. Everyone is so kind! This is my second visit and unlike the first, my coffee wasn't as pleasant. My first visit was great, didn't know what to order so I played it safe and ordered the caramel latte which was good but it definitely wasn't sweet enough for me...I informed them and they made it exactly how I wanted. This go around I got myself and my daughter a caramel creme and they were ok..definitely didn't have a pleasant taste. But because I'm a coffee lover and the service is great, I will try again...next time I'll take the advice given from the first lady, which was add more caramel flavor 😉

Forgot to mention the cups, both lids were cracked so our coffee wasted a bit. Not sure what that issue was. 🤷🏽‍♀️

All in all,...

Didn't give me what I ordered. Asked for 1 caramel velvet ice and 3 protein velvet ices, but they gave me 3 mocha velvet ices. They sound very different and shouldn't have been mixed up, but they also didn't check that they got the order right. Didn't have time for it to be remade, and the people I was buying for can't drink the mocha velvet ice due to dietary restrictions, so waste of my money! Worker asked what I wanted her to do... Idk give me what I ordered originally? When they are not busy in the mornings (never a line) they should be making sure they at least have...

My PJ location, I wish I could give this location more than a 5. I use to go to the one on Louisville lets just say they are not like this location. The customer service here is outstanding. Those beautiful ladies are always so pleasant and so so sweet. When you deal with the public something can be hard and overwhelming but these lady handle it with grace. Thank you ladies and keep smiling. Yawl are the Best!!

P.S.. my Mocha is always...
