Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Monroe

Well it would be a long story but my husband and I been living here in Monroe for 10 years now our son was two years of age and we found out early on in when he was about 18 months that he was going to be dealing with some autism in his life not only did we find out about the autism we found out he was going to be one of those who was a picky eater and with that came Popeye's famous chicken for our son they know us by name especially my husband and you're like a family to us we love them abundantly keep up the great work stay safe and whatever we can do to help you please feel free to call as for anything in life we are here as a vessel to be used to help one another whether you're a stay-at-home parent or an employee at Popeye's famous chicken so with that I'll leave you with lots of love and so much gratitude and blessings for having patience and loving our son as much as we loved him and preparing his meals with the upmost service ever thank you guys from the bottom of our hearts the Aycock and Stowers family...

This location is absolutely ridiculous. I stopped by today to get the 3 for $5 deal and asked for white meat and spicy chicken. The girl told me it "depends on what the person puts in the box." I couldn’t believe it. I asked why I couldn't get exactly what I wanted through the drive-thru, especially when I can order it on the app, and she gave the same vague response. Apparently, Popeyes now offers a "mystery box" of chicken, and you never know what you're getting until you open it. I’ve never experienced anything like this at any other restaurant.

I ended up leaving and driving to the Loganville location where I got my order exactly the way I wanted. The Monroe location acts like they own Popeyes or something, making it harder for customers to get what they’re paying for. Popeyes is running a special – just give the customer what they want. It’s not rocket science! If this keeps up, I won’t be coming back to...

Haven't been to this location in a few months. Was wondering how it would be this time. HEALTH score was 91. Location was clean. I was greeted when I walked to the counter by 3 employees. The same manager is there.The cashier was super friendly and took her time explaining the specials now running. The onion rings were spectacular! The flavor was the best! They were hot, tasted like onion rings should, with fresh oil used. It's a given, you can definitely tell when the oil is breaking down. These were golden!...The nuggets were good and a touch of spicy. The ranch with black pepper sauce is really good! Along with the Cajun sparkle! D ont forget to ask for that!
