Dunkin' — Restaurant in Montague Township

Rude older foreign man on night shift, doesn't speak english well at all and he says to me "you go" "you go" because he couldn't understand what I was trying to order! I asked for 2 chocolate frosted cake donuts and he didn't know what I was saying... Even though there was a slot with a sign that said Chocolate frosted cake donuts, he kept asking if I wanted Boston cream! I said no I would like a chocolate frosted cake donut. How can you hire an employee that doesn't understand or read english? The fact that he didn't know the difference between a cake donut and a Boston cream and raised donut and they put him behind the counter by himself is mystifying to say the least! Dunkin Donuts used to be a good chain years ago but they have really gone in the toilet. I was as polite as could be and he told me to go away because he had know clue what I was asking for... I will never stop here again it was absolutely abhorrent! Way to go on that customer service!! Try training your employees on the difference between a cake donut and a raised donut and make sure they can speak and understand english!!!! Rude...

The girls at the Montague N.J one are always so nice make my coffee just the way I like it ,I had to opportunity to go there at night once and they had 1 person at night it was a young gentleman, he was very nice treated me very polite, also need to add he was the only one working ,so when you have a line stress will set in he handled it well ,I also could see customers not liking to have to wait but, I took it to myself to talk to them and say hey if you have never worked in a job like this it isnt easy and when you as customers are not patient you stress workers out and mistakes happen so give him a break then it seemed everyone just changed people in this world need to...

Horrible Service. I was unable to get served at this location. I went inside and there were 2 other customers inside waiting for their order. No one acknowledged my presence for 5 minutes. They only served the people in the drive-thru and there weren't many of them. All of the employees were walking around with a headset doing nothing.
