McDonald's — Restaurant in Montague Township

The most Horrific experience at a mcdonalds ever .....on my way to work I stop for breakfast and order a latte they tell me the machine is down I say okay I'll take a large coffee .....the lid wasn't fastened ....the entire large cup of hot coffee fell all over me ...burning my leg ...I screamed in pain ....I pulled into a parking spot to jump out so I can get out of the scalding coffee ....they come out with a towel ....that's it .....I did not get my food a coffee replacement nor a refund .....I got a towel ....my clothes were completely covered and I had ro call out of work .....I have a jeep and the seats are air cooled or heated.....immediately the air had stopped working .....my seat controls are all completely shorted out .....I went inside to ask that a report be made about the incident ......they could barely be bothered .....they took my name and number that was it ....no one has called to see if I am even okay 2 days later.....I have called corporate twice to let them know that this establishment just doesn't care .....never mind my car was destroyed between the electronics and the sticky coffee all in the carpets and leather.......never mind I was burned ..... .....I was screwed out of my breakfast and my money .....absolutely insulted by the behavior of...

Firstly we were met with the horrible stench of septic system problems. As we waited approx 3 minutes at the speaker before anyone even attempted to take our order. Followed by beyond asked to pull into the waiting spot. After 15 minutes (timed not exaggerated) I decided I couldn't wait any longer so I went inside to see where my food was. It was ready about 2 minutes later. Got out the van and handed out everyone's food to find out my crispy chicken sandwich with no pickles was in fact a crispy pickle sandwich with no chicken..... yes they gave me a bun with 3 pickles inside and nothing else. Back inside I go to wait another 5 minutes for a new one.

After 30 minutes and all of $60 I've come to the conclusion that this septic stinking establishment is not fast food. Only fast food quality and stench with a high end wait and cost. Crazy that people actually continue to go here and keep this place in business. We sure...

I'm always left feeling disappointed whenever I stop here. I don't do fast food often and whenever I'd stop here over the summer for a milk shake,they'd always say that their machine was down. No matter what time it was. Tonight I went there for a pumpkin coffee and was told they don't sell pumpkin coffees. I found that strange since I know I've bought them at McDonald's before. I asked for a black decaf coffee instead and was told that they don't have decaf right now. She didn't offer to make it. I would have waited, I have a 45 minute drive home and would have liked something nice and hot to drink. I decided not to order anything at all their due to their lack of trying to assist me.
