Cowgirl Coffee — Restaurant in Montana

If you like sweet, specialty or froofroo drinks, this place is for you. I had friends who recommended this place and absolutely love it. I wanted to love it too. But, unfortunately I wasn't the biggest fan of their coffee. My latte and friend's mocha had a strange taste and an even stranger aftertaste. Light burnt and bitter taste overpowered my warm milk. I had a drink made with oat milk and that was beyond horrible. We went back around to see if we could get a refund or the drinks remade. The barista said she couldn't refund, but would remake our drinks and even offered to make us something new. Just a couple suggestions, people are pretty big into buying/supporting local these days.. Why not support a local dairy and have better quality coffee drinks? We go to coffee stands/shops often but only here sometimes bc we always choose the coffee shops that use KK whenever we can. Also why itemize such things like a kids hot chocolate. When you pay the price of a gallon of milk for a little cup of hot cocoa it really should just come with whipped cream instead of tacking on another quarter or 50 cents. We’re locals and have lived here for decades, CC is good but not the best coffee...

If you are scanning through reviews of drive-thru coffee stands (because there are a ton in this area), then just stop here and save yourself some time.

We had a mocha and a latte. On both, we could taste quality espresso.

Friendly service and they even have some souvenir mugs if you like the Cowgirl Coffee theme.
