Starting wage to work here is only $9.00. While that is still above the federal/state minimum wage, the owner(s) of all 10+ locations make enough money to pay their employees way more than that. The owner(s) should NOT be relying on customers to give their own employees a liveable wage. Tips from customers are meant to be extra money for doing a good job, not money for paying rent and bills. It is also upsetting that no employees got holiday pay for working on Thanksgiving. Yet again, the owner(s) got to be at home with family while their employees were working to make extra money for the owner(s) but not being compensated for it. Florence Coffee Company is capitalistic, NOT LOCAL.

Their drinks are overpriced, their espresso is regularly burned, and they do not offer veteran or first responder discounts. The only great thing about FCC is they hire the nicest women. Went there yesterday and forgot to get my stamp at the beginning of the transaction (I feel they should also ask for your card for a stamp to avoid this situation since it is impossible to get the stamp after you pay) before I got my drink I remember and they told me because I had already paid I could not get a stamp! I was confused and upset. I asked if they could just refund it and do the transaction again and they did they couldn’t do that. I paid cash I should have just said I didn’t want the drink and got my money back and gone somewhere else. I was one stamp away from my free one. Needless to say we won’t be back again! Very...

Why is it that all your employees have different rules to using the “free points” sometimes I get charged an extra 2 dollars which doesn’t seem right because I get the same coffee every time and I spend money there so should earn a legitimate free drink without being charged a couple dollars on top of it. I just stopped by the East Missoula location and the lady told me I can only use 1 free drink per visit. Like that makes any sense.
