The Reno — Restaurant in Montana

We were excited after reading the reviews but sadly disappointed. The cheeseburgers were not seasoned and the food took quite awhile to come out. The young gal at the counter should not be front of house. Zero personality and she could care less when people stood at the register waiting for her to look over and help them with their payment. She also allowed food to sit under the warmer and it wasn’t even busy. Try 3 tables max at a time when we were there. The burger was well done which probably explains why it took so long. The cooks in the back all had scowls and front of the house gal didn’t even check on us after we got our food. She finally spoke to us when we were leaving to pay. I never tip only 15% and she didn’t even earn that but I understand food service and hooked her up anyways. No plans to ever return. And let’s not even get into the guy at the counter with the electric fly swatter who was killing flies all over the place including behind the counter. Man…what would the Sanitarian...

Modern clean one bed room. For the price of $55, I did not expect a microwave and frig. We arrived late 11pm and prior to the office closing, we we're called to have it charged. Front doors are secured with punch in numbers. Next door, our free hot breakfast of eggs, hash browns and toast we're served and I got one to go. My suggestions of improvement is there was only one chair in the room to the table so eating together at the table was not possible. Also, the bed was too close to the shower like curtains that every time I got up in the middle of the night, the curtains would open with the neon lights from the casino across the street causing my partner to wake up. Had to hold it against the wall to keep this from occurring. In the bathroom, there is no hook to place robe or outfit to change into. The view surrounding this 16 room motel is...

Local cafe and casino,bar. On east side of Missoula. Group of friends suggested The Reno. Always up for new spots to try. We arrived and were greeted and sat right away. Very clean and friendly. The lady that took our order was joking and friendly, took our order and wasn’t too long before the food arrived. Had the cheese burger with fries. Burger was fresh beef and a bit over cooked. Fries were short,maybe the bottom of bag. But hot. Other order was the special of the day Meat loaf we the mashed potatoes and corn. Came with a roll. Heard the comment that the meat loaf was one of the better ones he had had. Looked good and only 11:00 dollars. The last meal was hamburger sandwich with fries. Also was very tasty. Lots of food for price. Would definitely recommend visiting The Reno in Missoula. We will be back to try...
