Friske Beans Espresso — Restaurant in Montana

Update July 16th, 2025, morning: Apparently the owner's daughter (or something like that) thinks that she can talk to customers however she wants to with no repercussions. I am a regular customer, I live in this neighborhood and have been recommending Friske Beans to literally hundreds of Airbnb guests for the last 2 years. I won't anymore!!!

I was choosing my coffee from the specials today and she rolled her eyes when I was deciding against Hershey chocolate since I just saw a show about how some big brands are exceeding the safe limits on lead and cadmium by FAR.

After she rolled her eyes when I said "Hershey's is bad, can't have that one", I felt the need to explain why, especially since this WAS my regular coffee shop. It seems some of the generic chocolates are safer than name brands and I would like to request safe chocolate in my coffee. She actually ARGUED with me, a regular customer, with many people lined up behind on both sides!

No, I didn't "start" anything, the eye roll at my choice is what "started it" and was extremely rude.

We regulars are what gets you through the winter, how can you treat people like that?? Shame on you!!

Update May 6 2022: They finally moved over to the bigger building, yay! A lot of people were in line this morning to check out the new place. Coffee was still great but the poor ladies inside have to run a lot more now, hehe. 😄

The first time we went was a good experience. They have moonshine-like drinks with Redbull and Xyience energy drinks. The very friendly barista recommended orange juice with the cherry-lime and it was VERY tasty! Just...

Best place to get coffee around!! My husband and I were in town for a week and came here often! We did try other places because it’s one of my favorite things to do when we travel, but we kept coming back here because the coffee was so much better than the others. I like that their menu includes choosing the amount of shots in different sized cups. Choose your own adventure. More places should do that! Not to mention the girls working were super friendly and efficient. I can’t say enough good things about this coffee stand....

I love this place so much but the two girls there I have never seen before and I go here a lot, I ordered two frape and a lotus Boba drink, it took over 20 min to get my drinks. The girls were dancing and singing, but there were no other customers but us? I do not give reviews, and I love this place so much, it sucks hiring young teens that don't want to do there job, my normal girl Carson love her, makes my lemonade Boba drink with lotus and a frappe takes her 5-8 max...
