STOLEN $1,500.00 GENERATOR AND 5 GALLON GAS CAN FROM OUR TRUCK IN THE COLUMBIA FALLS SUPER ONE PARKING LOT.

ON JUNE 24TH WE WE WERE PACKING FOR OUR PLANNED VACATION WHERE WE WOULD BE TRAVELING AND STAYING IN DIFFERENT AREAS.STAYING AT DIFFERENT CAMP SITES WE HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR IN ADVANCE,WITH OUR CAMPER AKA USING OUR GENERATOR FOR THAT PLANNED FAMILY VACATION WITH OUR CHILDREN WHEN WE REALIZED WE NEED TO QUICKLY RUN INTO SUPER ONE.

AT ABOUT 7:30PM JUNE 24TH 2017, OUR GENERATOR AND A 5 GALLON GAS CAN GOT STOLEN FROM OUR RED F150 TRUCK IN SUPER ONE COLUMBIA FALLS PARKING LOT!

WE CALLED THE POLICE IMMEDIATELY, HOWEVER SUPER ONE WOULD NOT HELP US,REFUSING TO EVEN LOOK AT THE VIDEOS UNTIL 7AM TOMMOROW MORNING.THE "MANAGER" ON DUTY WASNT TRAINED FOR EMERGENCIES AND DIDNT HAVE THE CAPACITY TO EFFECTIVELY RUN THE STORE OR ACCESS VIDEOS ON A SATURDAY NIGHT IN CASE OF EMERGENCIES. ESSENTIALLY WE WERE TOLD THAT THE STORE MANAGER "HOPE", WOULD BE IN, IN THE MORNING TO LOOK AT THEM AT 7 A.M. _____________________________________________________7AM- SUNDAY JUNE 25TH WENT INTO TALK WITH HOPE THE MANAGER ABOUT IT AND SHE COMPLETELY DISREGARD IT SAYING I "MAY" LOOK AT THEM TODAY I DONT KNOW AND ADMITTINGLY SAYING THEY DO NOT TRAIN MANAGERS IN THE CAPACITY TO ACTUALLY RUN THE STORE IN AN EMERGENCY ON SATURDAY NIGHTS. IE IF A CAR WAS STOLEN,CHILD LOST ETC THEY STILL WOULD DO NOTHING. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. SHE EVEN WENT ON TO EXCLUDE US FROM THE VIDEOS EVEN THOUGH WE MAY KNOW THEM.

THEY SHOWED NO CARE WHATSOEVER TO US AND OUR FAMILY AND OUR CHILDREN THIS SITUATION HAS BEEN EXTREMELY HEARTBREAKING AND WE HAVE BEEN LET DOWN BY EVERYBODY WHO COULD ESSENTIALLY HAVE EASILY LOOKED AT THOSE VIDEOS IF THEY WOULD HAVE JUST CARED. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BADLY IN MY WHOLE LIFE WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE THE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST ESPECIALLY IF SOMETHING THAT EXPENSIVE IS STOLEN AND YOU HAVE THE KEY TO POSSIBLY FINDING IT FOR THIS FAMILY AND YOU CHOOSE NOT TO THAT...

Shelves were fairly messy. Product on shelves in disarray but it was late in the evening. Several of the reviews make it clear that you don't want to be from out of town as you will not receive the same level of customer service as those who worked there or had relatives that did. We emptied our cart onto the conveyor just to have the young man ask what I'm guessing was the manager if he could get a relief because he had to go outside and make a phone call. She doesn't respond immediately because she is gabbing with a friend at the service/ movie counter. When he asks her if he can call employee A to relieve him she says no he is busy, call employee B. This is all going on as we stand there waiting for him to ring the first item. He then proceeds to call employee B to come to the front amd then stands there looking out over the aisles waiting for employee B to arrive as we are still waiting. He finally decides he has to rings us out which as expected he triple charges me for an item that i catch once I've left. I dont know if this young man had a true emergency but the manager was a FAIL. She was more interested in talking to her friend than solving the problem. Guess it dont matter as long as you take care of...

The Super 1 locations throughout the valley are all extremely good and have my vote for the best grocery stores in the Flathead Valley. There is no membership card to have to worry about, everybody gets the lowest prices. Not only that but the prices are in general lower then all the other grocery stores in the area. The bakery and deli are top notch and delicious. The meat department always has a butcher working and provides extremely good quality meats or all kinds! The produce is always fresh and the department is always willing to help with large orders and special requests. The cashiers are fast and have a no BS attitude, but still extremely friendly. I hate those awkward cashier convos anyway. Plus there are always plenty, which means short lines (except for maybe during their big 12 hour sales) In fact I cannot think of a single thing I can say bad about the store.
