We made a reservation for three, my son, myself and my 4 year old granddaughter, to celebrate my son’s birthday. We were seated promptly, however things went downhill fast. It was not very busy in our section. After around 10 minutes, our server took our drink orders. The arrived around 15 minutes later. I told her that it was my son’s birthday. I ordered a huckleberry lemon drop, and for it being a specialty drink that cost $14.00, I was looking forward and anticipating a nice chilled cocktail. It took around 15 minutes for the drinks to arrive. My drink was tepid and tasted like sugar water. Very disappointing. I sent it back and just opted for a non alcoholic beverage. A short time later our server took our orders, my son got braised short ribs, I ordered the pasta and my granddaughter ordered the pizza from kids menu. After around 20-25 minutes later our food arrived. The pizza was barely warm, to where the cheese was a little hardened, my son’s braised ribs were bland and didn’t have much flavor. My pasta dish was pretty good and flavorful- I was happy with my order. Once we finished our dinner, it took a really long time for our server to get back to our table to see if we wanted dessert (however I did tell her it was a birthday). She did come to clear the plates, and I asked her about the birthday and what they had to offer. She finally brought over the dessert menus, and we decided on vanilla ice cream. She took the order and then brought three spoons to our table, and we were happy that we were going to celebrate and my granddaughter was really looking forward it. The next thing we knew, the server began waiting on other tables, that weren’t even hers, there were multiple servers. And we were all really perplexed, and kind of taken aback. At least another 5-10 minutes went by and the hostess walked by and would see the look of disappointment at our table and asked if everything was okay. I told her “we are just waiting on our ice cream for this birthday celebration” and she said something like she would take care of or look into it. Another 5-10 minutes go by, our server is still tending to other tables. I finally told my son that if she walked by one more time without acknowledging us again, I was done waiting. Sure enough, she walked by, not a word and ignored us. As she was walking back towards the kitchen I presume, I told her to forget the ice cream and to please bring the check. Even my 4 year old granddaughter knew this was messed up, she wanted to have ice cream and sing happy birthday to her daddy. And sensed the rudeness of it all. Once I asked for the check the server brought it right over, with the card reader. I was planning to pay the tip in cash, which I had in my hand. Once she saw that I didn’t include the tip on my card, she very rudely assumed I wasn’t going to tip her, and made a very snarky remark and rude thank you.and she took off. was really quite stunned and wasn’t sure what just really happened. I was about to leave the cash on the table but then it just hit me that this whole experience was not right. Then I just decided to leave because not once was there any apology for running behind or consideration that this was a birthday celebration or that we had a 4 year old - zero effort to make this an experience to remember. My son had been here several times in the past, and was always pleased with everything. Just disappointing all...

Christmas dinner 2024. Before you read please understand we were treated AMAZING by the front of house manager who was gracious and clearly having a terrible night as we were one of MANY tables with complaints. Front of house staff was mostly excellent, bar was excellent, setting was excellent. We are local and know the place well. The kitchen needs an overhaul. Way too much premade/frozen items and lack of attention to what is being sent out. Yes it was a holiday, yes they were busy… but absolutely not in any way should they have sent out this food. There were 5 of us for dinner. Ordered: prime rib special, stuffed quail, braised short ribs, French dip, smashburger, and mini Wellington app. Dessert: crème brûlée, huckleberry tart, Sweet Peaks Huckleberry ice cream. Excellent: Smashburger, quail and Wellington app. Inedible entrees: prime rib was cold, tough, under seasoned, aujus was essentially colored water with no flavor, broccolini was drastically overcooked to the point of not really being green. French dip: meat was good, roll was so hard you couldn’t bite into it or even dig bread out of the center( top and bottom), aujus the same, frozen fries. Ribs: overcooked to almost mush, broccolini same as above, overall lacking in flavor.

Dessert: crème brûlée texture was perfection, zero sugar or vanilla flavor, huckleberry tart: filling excellent, shell premade from a store and do old/hard it couldn’t be eaten.

Server was rude, reached in our faces and overall needed additional training for sure.

We did have a couple of excellent chats with the front of house manager. She was amazing and helpful. She truly deserves a bonus for dealing...

Had Christmas dinner here with my wife and had very high expectations but was very disappointed. We are a younger couple and the waiter (Luis) immediately couldn’t give us the time of day and tried to sell us on expensive wine (neither of us drink wine) and seemed annoyed when we ordered 2 beers instead. We had the quail Christmas special and the Korean BBQ sandwich. The quail itself was tender but the potatoes were undercooked. The Korean BBQ sandwich was overall very bad, it was very overcooked and the fries tasted like they were frozen fries that had been out for about 3 days. Requested the dessert menu just to take a quick look before requesting the check. Our waiter took our plates and then proceeded to walk out into the dining area after about 5 minutes without a dessert menu. He proceeded to not show back up at our table with a dessert menu for a few more minutes and then told us about not only his favorite but the most popular item in the menu both of which were the most expensive items. Also very awkward/unprofessional of the waiter to stand over my shoulder and watch me as I pay and tip, then proceeded to read the receipt as he walked away with the paid receipt. Atmosphere was good and very nice place and decor but I would not come back and am extremely disappointed considering the cost of the meal...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We cannot say enough wonderful things about Sarah! She went above and beyond to take care of not only our bail agents but our entire conference group from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth set the tone for an unforgettable experience. Sarah crafted each drink with skill, care, and an obvious passion for what she does. Every cocktail was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and delivered with a smile. Whether it was a classic or a custom request, Sarah made sure every guest felt special and taken care of. As a hospitality professional and bartender, Sarah is truly in a league of her own. Her ability to manage a large group with such grace and efficiency speaks volumes about her experience and dedication. It was clear to all of us that she doesn’t just serve drinks—she creates an atmosphere of comfort, connection, and quality. If you’re looking for an exceptional bartender or event professional for your next conference, private party, or corporate event—Sarah is the one to call. We highly recommend her and look forward to working with her again in the future. Thank you, Sarah, for making our event not just successful—but memorable.

$132 for service that was spotty at best. I ordered the half hen which was not half of a hen. I received a chicken leg and wing on a bed of purĂŠed fennel/potato which was oily. Two people, two mocktails, two starters, and two entrees. We were at our table for two hours and waited a long time for our food despite there being about 10 tables filled total. I could have spent $95 at another restaurant in whitefish and gotten a three course meal and good service. The best part of the meal was the French onion soup starter.

We were in the bar at 7:30 PM on a Friday night. It wasn't busy. We sat there for almost an hour listening to the live music, which was wonderful. Not once did anyone offer to serve us. Two or three employees passed by our table, but apparently we were invisible. Don't go to Logans if you're looking for excitement. It's like a retirement home inside that place. Grouse Mountain definitely caters to the senior set
